Nialls facetime

Alyssa's pov
I quickly wiped away my tears and pressed accept

"Hi ni!" I said trying to sound as happy as I could
"Why you calling?"

"Cant I just facetime my best friend?" He asked with a pout on his face. I hate seeing a pout in his face

"No no no of course you can it's just that y-your very busy and stuff with the band so I didnt think you had time to call me an-" before j could finish my sentence niall interrupted me

"Alyssa calm down, I was only joking. And plus you know I always make an effort to talk to you so today I made sure I had time to facetime you"

I smiled as he said those words. It's as if what happened today didnt happen because the sound of nialls calming voice made me feel so much better, it's exactly what I needed today. It made me forgot about what happened until-

"So uhm jenna was talking to me ealier"

"Yea, and?" I asked

"She uh, she said someone had said something to you today that made you upset, and I just wanted to tell you that your so so special to me Alyssa. I would never stop being friends with you because of fame. No matter what happens to me and no matter how famous I get you'll always be my number one ok?"

I smiled and nodded as Niall said that. This is exactly what I needed today, assurance coming from Nialls mouth. Yes I still was a bit doubtful about it because the band is so famous he could easily forget about me but I didnt need to tell him that.

"Thanks Ni. I really needed you to say that to me"

" No problem bubz, now I'd love to stay and chit chat but I have alot of work to do and I have an early morning so if you dont mind I have to end the call"

"Dont worry Ni, I understand. It was nice talking to you. I'll text you later, bye" I said faking a smile.

"Bye lyssa, talk to you later!" He said before hanging up

I sighed as I feel back onto my pillow. Yes Nialls words helped me but the words from Megan's mouth couldnt get out of my head. They just kept repeating over and over and over again. Niall usually cheers me up just from a notification but when his call didnt really help me I realized it really hurt me

The best person for me to go to for comfort when niall isnt here is Jenna, so I grabbed my phone and pressed on Jenna's contact and called her.

"Hey abi! What's wrong?"

"What do you mean what's wrong? Nothings wrong" I said with a fake smile

"Abi, I'm your best,friend I can tell your upset, and plus your smile is as fake as Megan's instagram posts"

I shared a giggle at what she had said

"Ok I'm upset. Happy now?"

"No, that doesnt make me happy but I didnt want you to lie. Your not seriously still upset at what Mehan said are you?"

"No no no of course not"
She stares at me with her "I know your lying" look

"Ok fine I'm upset at what she said. Niall called me and it-"

"Wait Niall called you? Did you say something to him"

"Ok Jenna I'm not that dumb, why'd you message Niall about today?"

"Look I'm sorry but you were upset and I know niall usually cheers you up so I thought if I asked him to call you it would cheer you up and-"

"Jenna no need for an apology. I just wanted to know why, and dont say sorry he did cheer me up"

"Then why are you still so sad?"

"I uhm. It's just seeing his face reminded me of how I dont get to see him and how much I miss him" I said slowly while with a shaky voice

"Oh Abi. I wish I could give you a hug. I know you miss him, but hey your birthdays coming up maybe if you just a big enough party you can get a ticket to go and see him?"

"Wait Jenna. That's a brilliant idea!! I mean it's my 16th so i could have a big party! And Nialls birthday is a couple days after so I could stay until his birthday!!" I said in excitement
Jenna giggled at what I said

"Make sure not to tell Niall cause then it can be a better surprise" Jenna said

"Ok I wont. Thanks Jen! I'm gonna go now cause I have a bunch of planning to do!"

"Ok love you bye!"

"Bye love you!"

And with that the call ended
Now I was extra excited for my party. I have lots of planning and invites to make and venues to pick uh I'm so excited!

3 weeks later*1 week before the party*
I've talked to my mom about everything and she said that the money for my present can go towards the ticket so now I'm closer to my goal! I'm so excited! I've told all my friends that I'd just like money for my birthday

At school

" Hi Alyssa!" I heard a voice call from behind me. I turned around to see Megan standing there. What does she want? I carried on walking to my next class ignoring her.
"Awe are you too scared to talk to me" she said in that annoying voice.
"I'm just wanting an invitation to your party, I hear all the hot guys are going and your raising money to go see Niall? Aw how cute you think he cares about you" Megan said.
At this point I had, had it with her
I turned around so that i could face her ugly face
"Look Megan I'm done with your bullshit. I dont care about your opinion anymore. And for your information Niall calls me when ever he has the time and he texts me every day. And no way in hell are you getting an invatation to MY party so if you dont mind I'll be going to my class thank you very much"
And with that I turned around and went to my next class while smiling at the thought of Megan's face.
