Blake's POV
If I'm being honest, I was never really doing the bet this year but somehow I already won which I'm gonna let everyone know at the meeting tonight. The last couple of years playing the game were great and I'm glad we have those memories but damn I would like a girl who really down for me, I'm not about the games right now.
I've played the field for years and had a lot of fun dates and had a lot of great sex but I want to try something real again.
The girl I chose was a lot easier than I thought she'd be, I think she had made up her mind before school even started that she would change from her nerdy self to someone totally different. She even initiated sex, it wasn't even me. She wanted me to teach her things and I can't lie I really enjoyed that.
We had sex more than once and by the last time she was a pro, I came more times than I ever had in one night. She wants me to help her be more outgoing and I agreed saying how I needed a fun project.

I pulled up to practice and headed inside to change. Once I got into the locker room I noticed that I was the first captain here, I changed, spoke to some of the guys, then went out to the field and dabbed up our coach.
"What's on the agenda today coach?"
"Sprints, plays, and conditioning, the usual why had something in mind?"
"Well actually I was thinking we could go over some of Springfields tapes from the last two years since they're our biggest competition."
"I like that, get inside their heads and defeat them with their own tricks, okay Mr. Johnson good work. We'll do that instead of practice next week." I nodded as the other players started making their way to the field and coach and I made small talk.
I saw Carter and Jason making their way over to me and I immediately noticed that something was wrong with Jace. I could tell by his expression and his demeanor that something was off.
He dabbed us up then threw his stuff down and went to his spot on the line making coach furrow his brows in surprise. "What no witty remark from him this morning?"
"Carter what's up with him?"
"I don't know but he said he'll tell us tonight when we're at your place."
"Alright boys enough chit chat, hit the line." Once we were all lined up and in position to sprint, coach noticed Louis wasn't here and instantly became irritated. He shouted out for one of us to call him and Jace jogged over to his stuff mumbling something to coach and picking up his phone.
After a short conversation Jace put his phone down and came back to his spot in the line.
"Alright 30 sprints, count it out!" He blew his whistle and we were off and after we hit 10, Louis was on the field running with us. When we got to 30 he added 10 more because of Lou's tardiness making me wanna kill myself.
When we finally finished the practice/workout and we all headed towards the locker room and I made way towards Jason.
"Hey man, you seem distracted today you good?" I was truly concerned. "You never go this long without cracking a joke."
"I don't know honestly, I'm just not feeling life today. We can talk more later at your place though." I nodded and he walked back to the showers.

When I finally left the gym I went straight home to cook up some food and take a nap. My body was not happy that I worked out hungover with barely any sleep.
As I cooked I couldn't help but think about life. I'm in my senior year and there's a lot I have to get ready for. College and the real world are lurking just around the corner and I desperately want a football scholarship. I need the rest of this season to be amazing, I need the guys to have their head in the game and Jace and Lou just seem rather distracted.
I'm the oldest of 5 and even though my parents have money, I'd rather get to college on my own merit, it would mean more to me that way. On top of that who wants to pay full tuition for 5 kids, I'd prefer not to put that on my parents.
Tonight I need to make sure that football is still a top priority for everyone because we all have similar goals for the sport but we need to work harder to reach them.
"Blakeeeeeee?" My thoughts were cut off by my 5 year old sister tugging on my shirt. "Can you make me food too?"
"Yes bubba I'll make you something." I picked her up and placed her on the counter as I made her a plate of eggs, waffles and bacon. I always make extra food cause someone always hungry up in here. I moved her to a chair and gave her the food as I sat back down to finish mine.
"Thank you Blake!" I smiled and patted her head and we both dug in.
"Anna where'd you go?" My 12 year old sister came bounding into the kitchen letting out a sigh of relief when she saw me. "Hey dummy i didn't know you were back."
"He made me food!"
"I see that- HEY!" Lisa screeched as she fell to the floor. " the heck you trip me for!"
"I told you not to call me dummy, doofus." I smirked at her from my seat as she glared at me from the floor. "Now apologize."
"You're the one who tripped me, you apologize." I stuck my tongue out at her and got up to take care of my plate. "Are you leaving again soon?"
"Nah I'm boutta go take a nap, why you need something?"
"Not really I was just wondering."
"We'll have movie night tomorrow, the guys are coming over tonight, okay?" I had already knew that she was really asking when we'd do our weekly movie night and hang out.
"Okay that's cool." She smiled and took Anna's hand leading her out of the kitchen.
I went to my room and immediately collapsed onto my bed and was out cold in minutes.
I was awoken a couple hours later by my phone going off nonstop.
"Hello?"
"Yo Blake have you heard from Jace or Armani?" A frantic sounding Louis asked.
"No man why what's up?"
"When I left for practice, I left Armani at my house an-"
"Ohh so that's why you were late." I cut him off, smirking to myself.
"Blake not the time, anyway when I got home she wasn't here, so I called and texted but she hasn't answered. I even went by her house and she's not there so then I hit up Jace to see if he had heard from her but he ain't answer either and Ivy hasn't heard from her."
"Okay but she could just be busy right now, why you stressing this hard?"
"You know something isn't right in her house, we've all seen her bruises so what if her dad came home early and something happened?"
"Don't jump straight to assuming the worst, maybe she's just hanging out with Jason and their not paying attention to their phones."
"Well even if that's the case, it's a fucking problem. My girl and my best friend hanging out is one thing, but neither of them answering their phones is another."
"Yeah man I get what you're saying but instead of getting all riled up let's just focus on making sure she's okay, alright?"
"You're right, do me a favor and see if you can get in touch with one of them."
"Alright, I'll let you know if I do." I sighed in annoyance at my ruined nap but immediately went to call Jace.
To my surprise he picked up.
"Hey Blake what's up man?"
"Where the hell are you and why aren't you answering your phone?"
"I'm sorry I was helping a friend and my phone wasn't on me!"
"Does that friend happen to be Armani?"
"Um yeah?"
"Dude Louis has been going crazy looking for her too, what is going on forreal?"
"Look it's not my place to say, I'm sorry that we weren't paying attention to our phones. She's checking hers right now, tell Louis she's fine, she's with me."
"You are so dumb sometimes you know that? You know how worried Lou has been about her cause she's always walking around with bruises and then he couldn't get in touch with her for the last couple hours, where did you think his mind was gonna go? You need to tell him yourself that she's with you and that she's okay, alright?" After he agreed I hung up and called Louis back. "Hey she's good, she's with Jace. His phone wasn't on him."
"Yeah they're texting me now, they're at his guest house... I'm going over there." I could hear the anger in his voice causing me to call Carter and have him meet us at Jace's guest house just in case things were gonna go south.
I jumped up and rushed to my car before driving off towards his house. I pulled up right after Louis and at the same time as Carter and Ivy, who went running into the back yard.
"You told me to come just in case Louis loses his shit?" Carter asked as we quickly walked to the backyard to catch up with them.
"Yup he sounded pissed when he found out they were together so just to make sure nothing gets out of hand."
