Just looking at the sea and oceans remind me of him....All the waves clashing against the rocks just like they clashed against his ship. The lightning crackling through the night sky like it tore off wood on his ship...how the ocean consumes anything in its path like it did my father.

I've asked my mother Amara countless times to tell me what really happened and why she gave up looking for him just like that, but she said the same thing like always "Poseidon's oceans swallowed him my young boy...I'm sorry"

But one time...my mother and I decided to go to the market for necessities, we walked by countless people to get there and stopped at multiple stalls. I began to wander off and look at some stalls alone...but at the corner of my eye I seen someone come up to me...some man who came behind me and whispered softly "I'm still with you son" and when i turned I seen a glimpse of my father for a split second...but then he disappeared like carbon in the air.

I ran back to my Mother and told her what happen...but of course she said I'm crazy and I was seeing things but I knew there was something she wasn't telling me. I needed to get the truth soon, I need to know what happened to my father...how could she keep something like this from me.

I told my mother I felt sick so I left the market early and returned home to find any clue at all...about who my father is and if he could still be alive. When I got home I began to search everywhere I could, I was about to give up searching as the place was a mess but I seen a part of the wall which was off coloured, I pushed it back and took out a mysterious chest I haven't seen before. When I open it, it contained a sword like blade but in the shape of a trident and had a note engraved on it which said "To my sweet Amara, you make me feel human and happy like no other mortal"...the blade was made out of pure gold which was also very unusual considering my family was on the poor side of the city...who was my father.
