Why the Heck am I Betrayed?! ~ Akame ga Kill Fanfic

Fighting Diemon & Company

I take the drink in my hands and chug it. No effect, what do you think I'm stupid? After that....scene, with Leone I had decided to make something to make sure these things don't affect me. I created a serum that Sasori showed me once to make an antidote to poison.

I wasn't sure if it was going to work, I look at Diemon. "So is this all?" I ask sweetly, I don't want to know what he wants with me in case I can't get out of there. "No that's not all, want to dance?" I shake my head and stand up, "no. I have a husband," I remind him and turn to leave. He grabs my wrist and I look at him, "what?"

His tone is pleading, "please don't leave!" I narrow my eyes at him when I see him reaching for his pocket. He pulls out a needle and I immediately grab the countertop and flip it between our hands. "I knew you were a fake." I growl as everyone in the club is either screaming or looking serious.

'His comrades,' I realize and dodge a direct attack from one of them. I grab the dagger in the man's hand and twist his arm behind his back, kicking him away once he begins to scream. As soon as I close my eyes, I feel Diemon behind me. I curse, 'how'd he move so fast?!'

Before I can react, the needle he pulled out previously is injected into my neck. I hiss and grabs his arm, flipping him over onto a table. "Wisp," Akame's voice calls from next to me. I smirk, holding my neck, "so it was you." I mumble and kick another guy coming at me. "Yes, are you alright?" She asks and I nod.

"Just feeling a little....weird." I explain and grip where my skin was broken by that stupid needle. "We should leave now," Akame tells me and I nod. "Wait, the guy with me. Diemon, I think he has an imperial arms or something." I explain and pull out my dagger, starting to cut through my enemies.

"He can't, they're all gone." Akame contradicts, "but I did see him. He moves fast." I give her a 'no really?' face as she cuts across three guys. I shut my eyes and there he is again! Diemon kicks my legs from under me and I growl, hitting my head on the floor. I groan, 'what's going on..?'

My movements become slower and I stand on my hands, spinning quickly and kicking Diemon away. "Akame, let's go. Now!" I shout but it sounds weak to even me. I hold onto my neck tighter, I feel like I can't breath. "A-Akam-me...." I mumble and feel someone tackle me.

I grit my teeth as the impact knocks the air out of me and makes dark spots start to cover my vision. "Wisp!" I hear Akame shout and I growl, kicking off the person on top of me. I stab my arm, standing shakily and turn on my imperial arms, using it quickly. The room becomes filled with panicked murmurs.

I open my eyes and grab Akame's hand, stabbing myself hand knocked me out of my dazed state. I don't notice the glowing green eyes behind me as I tug her three times, my signal to tell her its me. She let's me lead her until I bump into a wall. 'A wall....no....' I place my hand on the wall, "oh my gosh....Akame this wall isn't a wall!!" I shout and look up at the green eyes quickly.

I can tell he can see me when I'm grabbed around my neck, "A-Ak-Aka-am-me!" I struggle and realize, he hadn't only grabbed me but Akame as well. My weapon drops and I feel my consciousness begin to fade as my imperial arms shuts off as well.

'C-Crap....' I think as my vision goes black.
