The Unseen

Ali's life was normal. completely average. normal parents, normal pets, normal friends. he didn't stand out very much, but he didn't know that was all the gonna change.

after arriving to school, he meets a nice girl. way out of his league, yet he still tries to make his move.

"hey." Ali says, facing the girl.

"hi" she smiles, "i'm Jane. what about you?"

"i'm Ali. nice to meet you" he says, before the bell rings. "meet you in the cafeteria?"

"Sure!" Jane says, excitedly. she walks off to her class

Ali's eyes didn't move elsewhere other than at Jane, but then he snapped back into reality. he quickly rushed to his class. after a long 3 hours he walks to the cafeteria late. no one was around, no one to hear anything. as he turns to the cafeteria door, he felt something pierce his back. it felt cold..... very cold. the stabber ran off without the knife as Ali fell down and hit the floor with a thud.

"s-someone...." he made a big attempt to crawl to the cafeteria. someone walked up to him, standing in front. Ali smiled, knowing there was help, but his expression changed in the blink of an eye. his eyesight got fuzzy the stab wound got warmer. the person in front wasn't there to help, but only to finish him off. they had a different figure than the last person, holding a gun with a silencer. the gun fired straight into Ali's eye, blood came pouring out where his eye was supposed to be, spreading across the floor.

he was alive, just barely. his life flashed before his eyes, or rather... eye.

"g-go back...." he said, his final words were not in vain, however.

Ali was back in front of the school, with almost no memory of what happened in the past... or the future, perhaps. fast forward to the cafeteria event, 3 minutes before it happens. he gets a vision of what happened in the other timeline,  the horrible pain. he decides to take another route to the cafeteria instead. he meets Jane on the way.

"oh, hey Ali" she smiles. "what a coincidence!"

"hello, Jane. nice to see you again." Ali suddenly got a headache. "sorry.. but i'm not feeling too well" he rushes inside the cafeteria.

hellooo, writer speaking. maybe i'll actually continue this series, this is kind of what i was going for in the other one, like a time travel type thing. well, i hope you enjoy this series! next chapter will come out next Saturday! hope you're looking forward to it!
