His almond brown roots, fading into a gentle blond colour. His beautiful hazel eyes that could pierce your heart with a single glance. His chocolate brown skin, soft and perfect.

I stare at him, losing myself in his looks. Damn, he's just so..amazing.
❝Is there something you need?❞ The words almost give me a heart attack as I jump a bit back, unsuspecting. ❝Uh- uhm- n-no sir! I mean prince!❞ The prince gives a slight smirk. Arrogant, but god does it draw me in. ❝I won't be catching you having a staring problem again, correct?❞ His mood shifted almost instantly to serious. I wasn't going to lie; it was pretty scary. He stepped forward, seeming almost like a threat.
❝No- no! I promise-❞
❝Good. Just because our families are allies doesn't mean *we* are.❞
❝Right. Yes, yes.❞
I walked away, still thinking about that smirk of his. Wow.
Sitting in my bed, it felt like a brick against my back as I tried to sleep. Many thoughts were roaming my mind but mostly it was him. Prince Alexander and our interaction earlier. I was so akward. Why was I so flushed? That's probably why Alexander snapped at me; I sounded pathetic compared to his loud, booming and confident voice. It was so,,,wait. What? He knew I've had a crush on him, but I didn't really think about what that made me. Oh. Father wouldn't be happy about that.

I tried not to think about it too much as I fell asleep, waiting for the morning. I decided I would ask him something that day, to hopefully get closer to him. But that will have to wait.
