Gab's POV

ring...ring...

I reached for my phone above the side table and answered it without looking if who is the caller.

"Yes,hello." sagot ko dito habang naglalakad papuntang kusina para kumuha ng juice, after kong makakuha ng juice ay umupo na ako sa isa samga stool sa kitchen island.

"Don't hello me Gab, why did you suddenly disappear last night?"

Kris said worriedly.

"Sorry" I said apologetically " sinubukan ko namang hanapin kayo pero sa dami ng sumasayaw, tapos madilim pa kaya hindi ko na kayo nahanap." paliwanag ko.

"tama ka nga naman , but at least txt us when you go. You don't know how worried we are." she said still worried.

" but I txted Luke. I said that in the txt that I need to go because I need to do something important." I reason.

"Bhie, Gab said that she txted you last night is that true?" sigaw nito sa kabilang linya asking Luke.

"I think I saw her name on my message list before my phone drained." rinig kong sigaw ni Luke.

"see, nagtxt ako pero hindi nyo lang nabasa."

"then bakit si Luke lang ang tinxt mo? pwede naman kamiing lahat diba?" she asked pointedly.

"that's because after masend ng message ko kay Luke namatay na iyong phone ko." I explained again .

"you know what? itapon nyo na yang mga phone ninyo." iritang sabi nito.

I chuckled, " oh kalma lang. it's not our phone fault you know."

" Tsk! then ano ang reason mo kung bakit ka umalis nalang bigla kagabi because in the first place that is the gist of this disappearing thing?" tanong nito sakto naman nahagip ng mga mata kona naglalakad papuntang kusina ang taong dahilan ng mga ito.

"I will tell you when we meet again, ok? so I'm ending our call. bye bye." I said and end our call not waiting for her answer.

Drake's POV

damn this hang over my brain feels it's going to explode and I didn't even remember anything lalo na kung paano ako nakauwi dito sa condo ni Elle and not just that I'm with these idiotic friends of mine. Pagnalaman ni Elle ito paniguradong lagot ako and I know for sure that girl will be worried if she found out that I got drunk.

pagkatapos kong maghilamos ng mukha ko sa banyo ay napagdisisyonan kong pumunta sa kusina to make black coffee for myself, but when the time I set my foot in the kitchen ay parang gusto na ulit kunin iyon at bumalik sa pagtulog because the last person I want to see right now is in front of me and she's giving me a blank stare.

what the h*ll is Elle doing here? I said to myself sabay talikod para maglakad na papalayo.

"Where do you think you're going Drake?" she said seriously.

I turnaround and gave her an apologetically smile.

"hello Elle long time no see."

"yeah, long time no see, but I think your face telling me that you don't want to see me now. am I right?" she said smirking.

"wh-what? of course not!" I denied.

"oh really? then why don't you tell me the reason kung bakit ka umuwi ng maaga that your scheduled flight? and why instead of going straight in your house ay dito ka sa condo ko tumuloy and after go straight to the bar and got drunk?" tanong nito habang binibigyan ako nito ng seryosong tingin.
