Jason's Awakening

  Hello my loves. This is Lil wannabe, (Yes "Again," You're not gonna get rid of me. Ever.)  making a new chapter for a story that's on your "Meh" list. 

 So to recap the last chapter:     Sean has to kill a girl, Percy is gonna marry Annabeth, and Percy needs to beat Death (Thanatos) 

  Thanatos- He'll never do it

  Me- I could just remove you from the story completely.

 Thanatos- Did I say he'll never do it? I meant I cower in fear of the demigod.

Me- That's more like it.

Thanatos- Phew.

As always:  normal - demigod, human speaking /   bold - god or goddess speaking/   italic -  demigod, human thinking/   bold italic - monster speaking/

         Third Person POV:

          "ACHOO!" Jason sneezed loudly, during a senate meeting. "Bless you, Jason,"  Reyna said. " As I was saying, we need to add more defenses, here. Here and here," she continued while she pointed at three different spots on a map. All of the things around him are starting to fade out.    Why is it so dark?  Why can't I speak? Jason thought. A very low evil chuckle rang through-out the darkness and Jason then felt hopeless.

    ~" I see you have felt my power, young one. You can have all of this and much, much more, if- and only if- you help me destroy these pesky gods. Together, we shall drop Olympus to the bottom of Tartarus, and let the ones who they have punished get their vengeance."~ the dark being said with a laugh.

"No no, I will not join you! The gods are my family. I would never hurt family!" Jason screamed.

      His chest started to glow in a dark purple color, the color turned to flames, purple flames, which encircled him. He began to grow, and change to a lizard-like being with a loincloth as his only piece of clothing. A transparent blade shimmered into existence and landed into his hands. He growled as he walked towards the direction of which the voice was coming. He began to run, as he raised his blade to strike. He then, split into two separate beings and ran, both carrying an identical blade, charging towards their opponent, blades to the side, dragging against the ground.

    The being let out a slight gasp, at the demigod's power, and how much it had increased due to the rage that he was feeling. ~" I see that you are Numakulla. And  sadly, you must be destroyed IMMEDIATELY!"~  the being said as a strange aura flowed from him. It could be only described as dark, sick and twisted, full of rage and hate.  Both Jasons striked, but the being held his arms up to deflect the blades, signaling that the battle had begun. Jason had jumped into a back flip, landing four feet away. "Who are you, and what do you want with me?!" both Jason's shouted in demand of answers.

    ~"Ah, how rude of me. I am Asmodeus, God of Sin, King of the Nine Hells, and Lawful Evil. I am here to recruit you, and many others like you to join my cause in destroying the Greek gods. But you, Jason.. are a beyond recruiting."~ Asmodeus stated as simply as one would say 'Good morning' and he let out a dark chuckle. 

   ~" Since you won't join my cause, I will have to destroy you."~  At this, the Jasons seemed surprised, they had a million questions floating around in their heads. But none of them would be answered. While they were thinking, Asmodeus charged both of the Jasons, and shoved his clawed hands through their chests, then violently ripped them out, causing blood to fly everywhere. Before they fell into complete darkness, they blasted Asmodeus with a beam of pure energy, causing him a great deal of pain. At this, they felt that they didn't die in vain. Both slowly merged into one being, the original Jason, all of the previous power leaving him. 

   Jason's body left the darkness, and reappeared in the senate room, blood covering his body, resting on a table. Reyna screamed at the sight of her friend all bloody and mauled.

   Third Person POV:

           *With Percy and the gang*

           "Ugh! This is so boring!" Percy whined. "Shut up, Perce. We're almost there." Thalia said, angrily, thus causing said demigod to become, and remain silent. They continued to walk for about ten minutes before arriving at a dark colored mansion, roughly half the size of Hades' palace. Percy whistled, then said, "Thanatos sure has style."  "You can say that again," Grover added. "Let's go, we have a mission to complete," Thalia commanded. Sean simply nodded, with his eyes now a swirling magma-like red color. Sean, looked ahead and noticed a ravine filled with spikes, and an air current flowing down, to pull any unsuspecting victims into the said ravine. "Look - see that? That's a problem; a big, spiky problem." Sean said as he pointed at said obstacle. "Well how are we gonna get accross?" Thalia questioned.

"Like this," Percy said as he snapped his fingers, causing all of the water in the air, to harden and form a bridge.

  "Ah, I see you have come to me to claim the child of Athena, or am I wrong?" Thanatos asked from every direction, scaring the living crap out of everybody, but Percy and Sean. " Well, Thanatos, you kinda owe me, Frank, and Hazel for saving your butt. So, could you please, just hand her over, and make this much more easier for me?" Percy asked simply. "HA! Jackson, you make me laugh," Thanatos said as he appeared out of nothing, and raised an all black scythe to strike Percy.
