So far we've got to know that Tom is the culprit who's son but how did the judge changed his prison time 30 to 3, and why did Eva's dairy wasn't in  detail so let's peek in her dairy for another time.

Eva's Diary:
"A young 3 grader boy comes in he goes away saying that the principal is calling everyone in the yard.
We do so.
Everyone looked worried.
All of a sudden, I felt cold not from the weather but from tense fear around on the faces.
We are told to line up. Our class teacher Ms. Mandelia Fip, she settles us.
The Principal clears his throught and starts speaking in the old microphone," Dear Students, teachers and my other fellow colleagues.
You all are thinking why I have called you again while it's not assembly day.
There are some people from the most popular Detective company.
They said that they have traced some Stuns. They want to have samples, so please everyone of come forward height vise."
We are called, Tom is called first because school has forgotten "ladies first".
He doesn't moves, nor looks at the caller. He perlizes for a moment or so and then he fell on the floor, he was just infront of Jeremy, a boy in my class, he fells on him and he settles him on his lap.
We, The Moles, rush to him. Our gym sir emerges and lifts him up and takes him up.
I feel really worried. It's like a part my of heart is burned.
After few secs I'm invited.
They insert an injection in my right arm's vein around my wrist.
I don't really feel pain infect it tickles, I see my blood, its dark red, deep dark.
I slip away quietly not seeing where they put it but before going I ask that lady what's her name. She only nods and opens her mouth.
I give a small yell, there is no tongue, I cannot believe my eyes.
As I was slipping I do so.
Danny runs towards me and says," While Tom was fainted the attendant took his blood sample but when he was awake and was told he started screaming, dunno why. But now he's calmed.""
