as a (in my case, fraudulent) writer, there are times (once for me, it seems) where we write massive epic novels, spanning thousands and thousands of pages.
and other times... other times, there are short, isolated moments—ideas sparked from nowhere, characters spun out of thin air, without much thought of intricately woven plots, no beginning to be seen or an ending to neatly tie things off.
this is the latter. as a collection of love bites. some are so short, they can't really be called stories. some extremely long-winded. all contrived enough for your benefit.
to be quite frank, i haven't had the mental capacity to write a novel lately. so i offer you this instead. maybe one day, i'll whip a book out of one of the excerpts.
anyhoo, i hope you are taking care yourselves during this pandemic, and i hope, in a teeny tiny (good) way, i am a part of it through this.
as always, your feedback is much appreciated.
enjoy,
R.
