Sister's Stalker

One Friday afternoon Kenny got a call from his friend Sarah asking if he wanted to meet him and another friend Lisa ad a Dinkin Donuts since none of them had seen each other in a while. He got there after a 15-minute walk and found Sarah and Lisa sitting together, so he joined them. As they were chatting he noticed that his sister Elaina was sat at another table in a corner of the room with her friend Jess. Kenny excused himself from the table and went over to his sister. Immediately Elaina whispered to him "Don't look now, but I think that guy in the blue shirt has been following Jess and me."  She told Kenny that he's passed her table a good five times within the past 20 minutes to use the restroom, but he walked slower and slower each time he passed their table. 

Kenny told his Elaina and Jess that they were most likely being paranoid and there was nothing to worry about, but for their peace of mind, he offered to leave with them so they would feel less worried. Kenny walked back to his table and explained the situation to Sarah and Lisa however, both of them laughed it off and assumed that his sister was being paranoid as well. Literally about a minute later Kenny saw the man get up from his seat and go towards the restroom. His eyes followed him and sure enough, he walked extremely slow past Elaina and Jess in fact is was almost comical how obviously slow he walked next to them. 

Both Elaina and Jess looked in Kenny's direction and he nodded to show that he'd seen him walk slower. Around five minutes later Kenny walked towards the restroom and passed Elaina and Jess and told them that he was ready to leave whenever they were. They both agreed that they wanted to leave right then, so Kenny told them that they could leave after he finished using the restroom. Elaina drove there in her car, so she could give both of them a ride back home. Kenny was walking down the corridor to the main eating room when Elaina and Jess rush towards Kenny. He asked them what was going on and they explained that another man and joined the creepy man the blue shirt, and both of them were pointing and staring at them. 

Kenny, Elaina, and Jess all walk back to the eating area, Kenny puts his money on the table and explains to Lisa and Sarah that they were heading home and he would explain what's going on once they get home. Kenny, Elaina, and Jess all get into Elaina's car and left. 

After a two minute drive, they'd reached Kenny's house, and just then Kenny realizes that Kenny's been meaning to return something that he'd been borrowing from his mother, so he asked Elaina If she could drive to their parent's house since she was going there anyway. Kenny hopped out of the car to get what he needed, and then his phone began to ring. It was Elaina. She's explained that a car had driven past, and had pulled into a driveway. She said that the driver was the creepy man from Dunkin Donuts.

Kenny looked outside of the window and sure enough, there was a car that didn't belong to the owner of the house parked on their driveway. He told Elaina and Jess to get inside the house and locked the door. He instructed Elaina to take a photo of the car and the license plate and told Jess to call 911, as she could give the operator more information than what he could. Elaina took the photos, and they sort of gathered around Jess as she was speaking to the operator, she had finished telling the story, and Kenny herd the operator assure them that the police were on their way. 

A few minutes pass and there was a loud knock on the door followed by a voice shouting "Its the police." They all let out a sigh of relief as Kenny went to open the door. Jess to the operator that the police had arrived, and she hung up the phone. Definitely something she shouldn't have done. Kenny was in the process of unlocking the door when he thought to look through the peephole before he finished unlocking the door. He peered through, and he didn't see a police officer. What he saw was the same creepy man from Dunkin Donuts. Kenny froze for a minute out of fear. "We didn't call the police," Kenny said. Elaina and Jess were confused as to why Kenny said that. "You have the wrong address," Kenny exclaimed. Kenny informed the girls that it was the man from Dunkin Donuts, and not a police officer. Both of them were rightfully shocked and scared as was Kenny. 

"We got a call, sir," They all heard the mad from outside of the door say. Kenny was about to tell Jess to call 911 again until he heard the sirens. "Sir, you have to let me in," They all heard the police pull up and some commotion outside. This time an actual police officer knocked on the door, and Kenny let him inside. 

The police officers outside took the man into custody, while another officer took Elaina and Jess into the dining room for brief questioning. The man was found with a kitchen knife and other weapons in the trunk of his car. They were all relieved and thankful that the police arrived on time. Who knows what would've happened if Kenny didn't look through the peephole first and accidentally the creepy man inside the house?
