Hello again! I'm so glad people liked my book so far (even if I could do better). I saw this theory in a video and I decided to talk about it and get into it deeper than the video did. Enjoy! ----------------------------------------------------------- Okay, we all know Mayor Humdinger as a "bad guy" or a "villian" but honestly we don't know much about him. We know a couple things such as his favorite color being purple, him HATING the Paw Patrol, him liking to compete with Mayor Goodway, him cheating, some family members he has (Harold, The Cheetah), bla, bla, bla. We can also assume a couple things about him but I wanna bring up a point that not much people notice or really focus on.
Where does Mayor Humdinger live?
As seen in most episodes, he is usually in a cave or around Adventure Bay. Even when he is with Harold and in the Ready, Race, Rescue, he was with The Cheetah in the cave. That can only mean one thing...
MAYOR HUMDINGER IS HOMELESS. HOMELESS. Where does he go to make some schemes or plans to go against Paw Patrol and/or Adventure Bay. A FREAKIN' CAVE.

The poor guys is HOMELESS. The worst part is that he lives alone with six kittens. HE HAS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND has to be responsible for SIX kittens. Not one, SIX. It would be better if he had to care for himself but no. He cares for himself AND six kittens. What the heck!? Why do you think Mayor Humdinger goes to Adventure Bay? Maybe to talk to people or get noticed. Foggy Bottom looks like there are no buildings or people. Just fog.

I don't understand how he lives like this and why he does. I mean he can't afford anything either. Think about it. In Pups Save A Pie Clone, he was excited about hearing that there were FREE pies. He even asked for MORE than one pie. Maybe he can't afford any pies or food. He probably didn't eat in days.
In another episode, Pups Save A Soapbox Derby, Mayor Humdinger was on some type of rocket or something. Skye was trying to help him get off of it and safely onto land. She kept telling him to "lean" but he heard things like "green" and "clean". When he heard her say "clean", he said "of course I'm clean". I can't quote exactly what he said afterwards but it was something like this: "I shower once (or twice) a month. Whether I need to or not." He doesn't shower either. He probably doesn't have a shower.
'Cuz maybe he lives in a cave.
He made his kittens do laundry in another episode (don't remember which one it was). The kittens all washed his clothes in a bucket of water and the Skye kitten dried his clothes by flying around with them in her mouth. He can't afford do to laundry in a laundromat or afford his own washing machines. Thinking about this makes me feel bad for him😥.
