Sariwa pa sa utak niya kung paano siya naging lantang gulay nang iniwan siya ni Louriel. Halos mabaliw siya at kung ano-ano ang ginawang ritwal ng mga pinsan at kaibigan niya para bumalik siya sa dating sarili.

Ngayong naka-move on na siya kay Louriel ay hindi niya na hahayaang maulit 'yon. Was he really fine, or was he just pretending?

"Sus! Sooner or later, kakainin mo lahat ng sinabi mo ngayon at kapag nangyari 'yun sinisiguro kong mabubulunan ka pa!" Saurus deadpanned and cursed him.

"Pustahan tayo," Ruce's visible eyelids squinted as his charcoal black eyes narrowed at Reece, "this year, two thousand twenty-one, magpapasakal ka na," he added.

Saurus was busy typing on his cellular phone to tell about the pustahan with their other beyond normal cousins and above normal friends via group chat.

Deputy Jayshin Zacharias, Agent Salazar, Corporal Thriven, Detective Verstte, and CEO Velasquez were responsive and dropped their bets.

"Magpapasakal?" Reece queried, confused. He doesn't have a single clue what the hell Ruce was trying to say.

"Yeah, you heard it right, Sandoval. Pagpapakasal is the same as pagpapasakal. They are synonyms!" Ruce explained as he leaned his elbows on the counter. He plastered on a mischievous smile as if he had already won their bet.

REECE BREATHED a sigh as he maneuvered his Pagani Huayra out of the underground parking lot of East HQ.

Naghihintay sina Saurus at Ruce sa front parking lot ng South HQ dahil convoy sila ngunit nasa iisang sasakyan lang sila. Nakisakay si Ruce sa Mercedes ni Saurus dahil hindi niya dala ang Bugatti Divo niya.

Reece tapped his horn as soon as he arrived in front of South HQ. Tiningala niya ang rear view mirror at nakita niya ang pamilyar na Mercedes na nakasunod sa Pagani Huayra niya. Convoy silang magpipinsan hanggang sa makarating sa AirZech Airport.

"Masyado tayong maaga. Anong gagawin natin dito? Tatambay at tutunganga?" Reece scoffed as his eyebrows pulled together.

Naiinis siya dahil kalahating oras ang dapat nilang hintayin bago lumapag ang eroplanong sinakyan ni Jillian.

Reece's family has their own private plane, but it was under maintenance, so Jillian had no option but to take a commercial flight, and that's not a big deal at all. She was used to it, and it was even more convenient because she only needed to bring herself and her luggage with her.

"Si Ruce kasi masyadong excited makita si Jillian. Akala mo naman isang taon na hindi nagkita!" Saurus blamed Ruce who don't give a fuck.

Wala pakialam si Ruce sa dalawang pinsang naghihimutok dahil masyado siyang masaya para magpaapekto.

"Oh sh*t! I forgot something!" Ruce exclaimed as he remembered the banner he made last night for Jillian's arrival.
