Palm trees swayed in the night breeze. Oikawa and Iwaizumi were walking hand in hand towards Oikawa's house. They had just returned from their first date.

Oikawa was still smiling softly at the memory of them sharing their first kiss. It was nothing passionate, it was just soft and tender. He could still remember the feeling of their lips moving in a messy fashion, trying to figure out how they fit.

By the time the thought faded away from his mind, the two had already arrived in front of Oikawa's house. By chance, the two stood opposite each other, gazing into each other's eyes, waiting to see who would say goodbye first. Iwaizumi was about to say something when Oikawa made his move.

In a split second, Iwaizumi could feel Oikawa's lips being pressed against his. He took a few seconds to process what was happening, and he quickly reacted.

He pressed his lips onto Oikawa's a little harder than he expected. He could hear Oikawa moan softly as their lips moved in an orderly fashion. Since their bodies were pressed together, Iwaizumi could feel Oikawa's heart pounding rapidly as he smiled into the kiss.

After a few minutes had passed, Iwaizumi could hear a door opening. He immediately broke the kiss and turned towards the house.

To his embarrassment, he saw Oikawa's mom standing at the door with a grin spread across her face.

"You two really are adorable," Oikawa's mom said with her grin which was getting bigger.

"S-Shut up, mom!" Oikawa's face turning crimson as he replied.

Oikawa's mom just smiled, turned around and headed back into her house. Oikawa gripped Iwaizumi's hand tighter, making him turn back around to face him.

"I think I should go now. It's getting late," Oikawa said.

"Can I stay...?" Iwaizumi asked with big pleasing eyes. Oikawa simply smiled and nodded as a response.

They then walked into the house.

That night, the two lay in bed, side by side, with their legs tangled together and the blanket pulled up to their chins. Oikawa's mom had allowed Iwaizumi to stay as she didn't like to see her son so disappointed (and also because she has been shipping them for a long time).

Oikawa had never felt this happy. Sure, there were some highlights in his life- like meeting Iwaizumi for the first time, and kissing him, but overall, he felt like his life had sucked. He had been depressed ever since his father died several years back.

But now, lying next to Iwaizumi, and talking to him, already felt perfect; and he was sure that he would never feel as empty again as long as Iwaizumi was by his side.
