Sighing, Kairan sat down at the center and said "He's not coming today."

At the mention of their boss, they just shrugged it off like usual, because it has been a habit that he didn't come.

"Do you guys have anything?"

As if she suddenly remembered something, Jinee said excitedly "I do have something!"

"I don't know if you guys remembered but, that old man from two days ago just contacted me! He's right now in X country, and he said he'll proceed with the contract, on the condition that he needs boss to go there himself-- there's something he needed to say." Jinee said while curling the strands of her hair with her finger.

Harry narrowed his eye, "Why didn't I know that?"

"Pft, it's obvious, it's because I'm the most charming." Jinee laughed as she flipped her unusual magenta hair, her sunset eyes shining.

Harry stared at her without a word, ignoring her dramatic self.

Hanae only shooked her head while chuckling, "Then we need to tell the boss, shouldn't we?"

Yoshi only stayed quiet, playing his ps4 as usual ignoring all of them.

Jinee sighed, "But isn't boss is busy looking for him? Moreover, we don't know if that old man is going to waste his time or not, it could've end really bad if he's just bluffing."

"Well, she's not wrong." Hanae said fixing her glasses.

After a while, Kairan spoke up "Jinee. Do a background check again on the old man, and his surroundings too, whether his family, friends, anyone. If needed, go there yourself to investigate."

"Also, about that boy, is there any news?" Kairan asked, "It's been years, but we still had nothing?"

Jinee replied, "w-what if he's dead somewhere?"

Hanae looked down, "He disappeared, but it's possible too."

Others only stayed silent, even Jinee who looked regretful, Yoshi suddenly spoke up, "Are you guys dumb?"

The other four people who is said stared at Yoshi confusingly, as the main attention right now is Yoshi who only spoke once a while.

The reason they don't get worked up about it, is surely because, even though Yoshi is younger than all of them, Yoshi is a once in a life time genius, one where you can't find anywhere, his brain works differently more than a normal person.

So every of his word sometimes held more meaning than it does, and the members knew it, but at some point his word can be confusing sometimes.

"He's not dead."

"Where the boy is, isn't it obvious?" Yoshi said quietly fidgeting his ps4, "It's like what Jinee said before, the answer is there."

Jinee tilted her head, confused, as she thought about it over and over again, "I said that-- it's like he's doesn't even exist in this world! D-does that mean?"

Hanae looked over Jinee and said, "I don't think it's possible. But I don't really want to ignore Yoshi's word. Because like, this isn't some otome isekai story right? It doesn't makes any sense."

Kairan said, "Are you sure?"

Yoshi gave them a stare, before saying "When have I been wrong?"

Harry then said, "We've searched every inch of this world for years, with Yoshi's skills and this team, I don't think it's even possible for him to exist without a trace, it's possible yet at the same time it isn't."

"Ever heard of parallel universe?" Yoshi asked while keep playing his ps4 as usual, ignoring their reaction.

All of them looked at Yoshi at the same time, knowing that even if it's not possible, it could've been true.

"We don't even know, what if there are us too in the other universe? In other reality? the number of possible particle configurations in multiple universes would be limited to 10^10^122 distinct possibilities, to be exact. So, with an infinite number of cosmic patches, the particle arrangements within them must repeat - infinitely many times over."

"It's a very simple thing." Yoshi finished off, "Anyways, tell boss to meet that old guy."

Jinee looked at Yoshi with her mouth hanging open, "I--I still don't understand. I'm too dumb to get this, so uh simply hthis boy is in--other universe? and it's possible that there's other us there?"

Hanae rubbed her hair saying, "I-I think so, I think that's what he means."

Harry looked over Jinee with a stare no one could dechipher.

Jinee looked back at him and scowled, "What? You must've been insulting me in your head, I-I know that stare!"

"I mean-I know I'm pretty and all, having a handsome hater like you would've make me too charming to hate." Jinee sighed dramatically.

Harry snorted, "Sure, think whatever you want."

Hanae and Kairan only chuckled looking at them.

I wonder, in the other reality, are you mine? Can you love me back? Can we love each other without any obstacle? Can we live happily as husband and wife? Because whether it's a mere imagination or other universe, if I can even life a second of it, I'd even risk my life for it. The man who thought this smiled bitterly as he glanced over the love of his life. At least this way, I can see you everyday.

Hey guys! Sorry for the long update! And sorry if there's no Hiro-Sian moment this chapter! Also istg I think this novel is turning into some kind of shitty novel ahha, the grammar was really bad, *sigh* ad the storyline is somehow getting nowhere.
