The year 2045 : "UGH!!" I heard a sound from the living room, that was my niece Maya who got a paper cut while unboxing the old rusted boxes for the yard sale. "What's wrong??" I asked her she rised her hand pointing at the wound, "Ouch! That hurts" I said laughing at her. She made an annoyed face as she took a bunch of albums out of the boxes "What's this??" she questioned, I turned towards her confused and she pointed at the albums. My eyes filled with tears when I saw them it was like a vision of past, "Mal" she said in a loud tone "Ya.. Here" I replied "Are you crying, what's wrong?" she asked "Nothing..It's just that the albums" I said sobbing, I took them from her hand and approached to the couch "Do you know BTS?" I asked "Yes the k-pop group which broke music records..right?" she answered confused. "I have heard a lot about them" she added, "Yes that group" I said laughing with tears rolling from my eyes. "I wanna know more about them..What were their fans called? How did they break so many records? I wanna know all". "where should I start?" I spoke to myself, "let's see.." so the group debuted in the year 2013.. Ahhh! just google it up I don't want to cry, I said. "Please", said Maya with puppy doll eyes. "Why don't you google it??" I asked "coz I wanna know how they were from a true fan I mean army", "ARMY!! it's been years since people have addressed me by that name"
* complete silence *
"Look kid am gonna tell you how it felt being ARMY but no futher question once I complete", She nodded her head signing 'okay'. "So.. Ya I became an army in the year 2020 Yup the year of 'world pandemic' for us BTS wasn't just a group it was a family with helped us through every single problem..even though they weren't my friends they know where I went wrong and what I should do to making things right, and when it comes to their relationship with armies it wasn't like any other it was special we never felt like they are famous we always felt as if they are one of us", "What was your favorite song" Maya asked "Asking a army her/his favorite song is like asking a mother who her favorite child is" I said laughing "Anyways as I have said so much am gonna tell you more" "Please do" she replied", "okay.. So am gonna tell you how we broke the record it's really funny, we broke the record of 1 Million in less then 24hrs, here is the funny part we weren't supposed to comment on the music video because we can be counted as bot and also we weren't supposed to like the vdo for first 30 seconds, the liking the video went good but the commenting on the video did not go well, the haters or I would prefer toxic army commented on the video to freeze the view but what they did not think about is *BTS MV DYNAMITE BECAME THE MOST COMMENTED ON YOUTUBE* " I said rising my hands. "What, OMG" she said laughing. "Yes this happen and we were so happy thanks to the haters we won so many awards".
"How do you become an army?? Is there any difference calling you guys fans of armies??" she asked, "There are 4 stages of becoming an army the firs--" I was cut off in the middle "4 are you serious it's sounds hard" she said lifting her left eyebrow up "before you even realize the stages will be completed, the stages goes like this : 1) You discover them 2) You start liking there song 3) You will have a bias and go crazy about them and the last 4) You accept what they are and why you love them so much, so stage one is everything coz its hard to find a group which gives you that good vibe, stage two is where you start resiting and translating their songs, now stage three is 'just a fan' it's like 'I know them and I like them I don't love them' this is also the stage where you will have that one member whom you will admire the most and the last stage is where you unknownly become a ARMY before you even realize it you will be in many Watsapp groups insta groups and even in few YouTube videos you will also have your own fan acc blog and all" I said starting at the albums. "How was it when they had to disband??" as I heard the sentence it felt like people are stabbing me, my tears started rolling again and it was back to hell "It was like a person has place a blade inside my stomach and an other person has shot a bullet in my back it felt like loosing the person who save you and walked you to your success...that day many souls were dead from inside all we wanted was to meet them hold their hand ask them 'are you fine' 'your gonna do well right?' 'I purple you know that I purple you' in BTS world 'I PURPLE YOU' and 'BORAHAE' is like 'I WILL LOVE YOU UNTILL MY LAST BREATH'.
We never imagined waking up to attend their last concert, their last fan sign, their last 'DUL SET ANNYEONGHASEYO BANGTAN SONYENDAN IMNIDA' which means 'HELLO WE ARE BTS' and their last should out to ARMY. I said trying to hold my tears back "What do you miss the most about them" asked Maya "Huh.. I miss almost every single thing about them their run epsiod we used to stay up late to watch it first" I said laughing "I miss the way JIN oppa would collect the Maknae line after a performance or a award show, I miss JIMIN being annoyed on fan signs, I miss their tiktok videos their speech their vlive them acting all childish, I miss their short and cute videos greeting us 'good morning' or 'good night' ".
"BTS again" I heard a voice, I turned asking "Yahh.." that was my sister Meena whom had heard the story 1000 times and "Drama mode on" she said as she placed two huge boxes on the kitchen table "What's that??" asked Maya "Posters, merches and a special light stick" My smile grew as Meena say "light stick" I ran towards the kitchen table tearing the box open "Sis chill it's not gonna disappear into thin air" she said laughing "Hahaha very funny" I said looking at her annoyed I took the army bomb out as if it's a sword or a king. I turned it on and shook it few times to see will it work "Battery...i need battery" I said to myself, "Here" Maya gave me few batteries. "Aww.. Thank you" I said as I took the batteries from her hand I changed them and turned it on "Still works..good" Meena said with a huge smile. I hugged her with tears all over her shirt "Thank you.. Thank you for not hating them thank you for buying me these am lucky" I said sobbing into her shirt "Hey...don't cry I know how much it means to you" she said breaking the hug. "Are you guys done am hungry" said Maya "Ya Ya done..the food is in the fridge go get it I'll bring plates and spoons" I said wiping the tears.

"Who were the members of bts??" asked Maya, "KIM NAMJOON ; KIM SEOKJIN ; MIN YOONGI ; JUNG HOSEOK ; PARK JIMIN ; KIM TAEHYUNG ; JEON JUNGKOOK" "Do they have stage name like some thing short??" Maya said with doe eyes "Yes kiddo, it's RM for KIM NAMJOON ; JIN for KIM SEOKJIN ; SUGA for MIN YOONGI ; JIMIN for PARK JIMIN ; V for KIM TAEHYUNG ; KOOKIE/JUNGKOOK for JEON JUNGKOOK" I said with a smile. After eating I got a notification on my phone : You are added in the group "THE UNFORGETTABLE GROUP", "ARMY" I whispered to myself. 💜💜
