Going Dark

9:25pm: you 4 get into position to assault the hidden site underneath National City. You and Specter take down 2 guards while Otter and Section hang back to make sure no one is following you and Specter.

You: Splinter Ops, going dark.

You 4 activate your active camo and night vision goggles and enter the site undetected.

Otter: 3 wankers spotted on the balcony.

You: take em out.

3 guards down.

You: right let's split up, Otter you take the high ground, take out any snipers and cover our rear, Section man the drone and scout for targets, Specter your with me.

Otter: aye boss.

The other 2 nod and follow the plan.

Otter climbs up a wall with the grapple hook while Section spots targets for you and Specter to deal with.

Section: this place is crawling with Blacklists.

You: looks like our Intel was right. This is the place.

Specter: let's shut it down, show them who we are.

Otter: like the plan Spec.

You and Specter take out 2 at the same time as Otter takes out the witness at the balcony.

Section: get out of site, more of them are approaching.

You and Specter hide as 4 Blacklists walk past.

Otter: I think it's best we interrogate one, to find where our objective is.

You: good thinking. Specter, let's split up. You take the left, I take the right.

Specter: roger that.

You and Specter split up and you found a vent that leads to somewhere.

Otter: boss I over heard someone, it seems that the leader is making his way to the city. You think he knows about the attacks?

You: it's obvious he does, he's just coming here to finish the work his troops can't do.

Specter: well I just interrogated one of the bastards, it seems our objective is in a container and a small building that's in the site.

You: I think that's where this vent leads to. Specter, go for the container, Otter cover him and Section, sabotage their comms.

Section: already on it.

You see some light as you hear talking guards. They weren't speaking English so you dropped down and killed them. You saw a laptop and started to download data into your drive as more guards go round the corner and you quickly killed them before their guns could fire.

You: that was close.

The data was successfully extracted as Specter then speaks.

Specter: the bastards have hostages, weapons and explosives in this container.

Otter: tossers they are.

Section: their comms are offline, permission to go loud?

You: negative, release the hostages, I'm going to make a quick call.

Section: roger that.

You call the Alex.

You: Alex we have a situation, my crew and I have assaulted a site underneath the city.

Alex: what? Underneath the city?
