Part 1: How they Met

A/N: "Real Quick this chapter is a flashback to when Y/N and Frisk were in Elementary School, okay, let's start. Also."

Last thing, The Introduction is after this chapter because I started this chapter before the introduction (I'm stupid, I know)  Anyways, It will explain the changes to the story and Characters, as this is in a Alternate Universe and a bit of personality change as well
Y/N's P.O.V
It was the first day of school, I was very AntiSocial Back then, I hated school, and it was Math Class, My least favorite part of the day, the teacher was taking Attendance
"Y/N L/N?" She asked, with the usual voice adults use to talk to Kindergarten Children, almost as if they're talking down to you, I didn't like it, I responded with "Here." She kept taking attendance, until, she said
"Okay, Class, Today we have a new student joining us, Please welcome Frisk!" She said, enthusiastically, I thought that they didn't need anymore of us
"Hello Everyone, My Name is Frisk!" The Girl Said, Somehow Excitedly, The Teacher told her to sit wherever she wanted to sit, and, since the only open seat were the ones around me, since no one liked me in Kindergarten, I was known as the weird kid who didn't talk, she sits right next to me, and she opened up with the question
"What's your Name?" She asked, I quickly Responded
"Y/N L/N"
"Well, Nice to Meet you! Do you wanna play at recess?"
I didn't want to be rude, so usually they just hang out with me for a bit and then ghost me, which, has made me sad in the least, But I didn't want to be rude, So I guess I guess I just have to experience it again
"Sure, where do you want to meet up?"
"Monkey Bars! We can talk there!" She said, in an overexcited tone
"Sure, I'll see you there." I said in a Blank Tone, Almost planning out the conversation, and after a while, recess rolled around, while Frisk Ran Straight to the Monkey Bars, I walked, smelling the fresh air, and smiled.
"What took you so Long?" She asked
"I was breathing in the fresh air." I said
"Nice, what's your favorite food?" She asked quickly, Frisk was very energetic back then, even though she's toned a bit down , she couldn't afford to waste a second
"F/F, I think it's Neato as a food." I responded
"I like that food, it sounds nice, let's be friends." She said the last part Very Quickly for some reason, she seemed a bit socially awkward, It'd be nice to have a friend
"Oh, I blew it, I'm sorry! I should've seen what we have in common!" She blurted
"I'll be your friend, now I hope I don't make you regret it." I responded, calmly
"Ew! Y/N is playing with a girl!" It was Josh, a real douchebag, he was popular among the boys, mostly because people liking gross out humor at this time of age, and he literally raided the school trash cans thinking it was funny

"Don't you have a Trash Can to be digging out of? I'd expect you to be eating out of them at this point, thinking it's 'funny'." I responded, Blankly, he drew back, and responded with
"I know you are, but what am I?"
I facepalmed, I'll admit, I'm a bit mature for being a kindergartner, but god, this was low
"You probably lost interest after I said Trashcan, due to your short attention span."
"Shut Up, Ugly!"
"Just leave, Josh."
"Fine, I don't want to see you and that girl Kissing, Anyways." He said, in a disgusted tone
"Just leave." I said
He finally leaves,man, he's annoying
"That wasn't very Nice, Y/N." Frisk said, concerned, All I make is a -_- face,
"He was literally making fun of us, and all you can do is look past him?"
"Hey! I do that face sometimes!" she said, completely changing the subject and making a -_- face

This'll be an interesting friendship
We keep being friends, with us talking somewhere almost everyday, Now, since the start of middle School, I haven't seen her since, figured she moved on with her life, or moved away, something among those things
Now I'm in the Grocery Store, God, Who knew Finding F/F was so hard? I've been in there for hours, I check on my phone to see if I've gotten any notifications, surprisingly not
"Welp, Time to head ho-"
*Thud!*
"Ow!" The Stranger and I said in Unison, Both running our heads, even though we only bumped into each other, It was a She, And She Was a Short-ish Brunette, wearing a Blue Sweater with Purple Stripes, Was this Frisk?
"Sorry I ran into you! I was running home."
"No worries, I actually think I know you."
"What's my Name, then?" She asked
"Frisk, the One I went to Elementary School with?"
"Hm?"
Now I felt like falling on the ground and going thud, She had a look of a bit of surprise, but a smile to hide her confusion
"You really don't remember me? Y/N L/N? Your best friend?"
She seemed to get very excited from that comment, as her eyes seem to light up when I said that
"Y/N? I Remember Now! We have so much Catching up to do! Oh my god! My Monster Family is going to like me having a guest over!
"You live with monsters?" I asked
"Yes, I'm actually the one who freed them." She said, a bit proud
"I'd love to come over!" I exclaimed, not like I have a life, anyway
"O-Okay! Come later tonight! Here's my Address and Phone Number! I'll see you then, Y/N!"
"Until then." I said, with a smile
