My alarm goes off and I fee like I should just lie in bed for five more hours. As soon as am up I quickly rush to my bathroom and have a shower, brush my teeth and my hair. When am done I grab a pair of jeans and white Tshirt from my closet. I really don't have time for for make up cause I just wanna go natural today, not minding people's impression. I rush down the stairs and find mom setting pancakes on the breakfast table.
"Morning "I say to her to acknowledge my presence as I sit down.
" Morning hun" she smiles at me.
"Where's dad? "I ask
" He left earlier saying he has some important work to do "she says
" oh "I haven't really been seeing my dad nowadays cause he always seems to be busy with work.
" Ready for your first day at school? "
My mom asks me
" Yeah sure "
I finish up my food and head outside all set and wait in my mom's car. I really need to get my own car though, cause having your own car means freedom.
On the way to school my Mom keeps telling about high school life and all,well mainly warning me about boys and I have to assure her that I'll be fine cause I still have a long way to go so why would I need boys in my life?
My mom pulls up to the parking lot at school and I give her a peck. As I move towards the front doors, I kinda feel excited cause the sight alone brings this weird feeling but I just shrug it off.
As I get closer I notice people staring at me but it just doesn't bother me.
Here goes nothing.
