Chapter 3

I can't go to sleep. How could I? I need her. I need my mom and my dad. My annoying little brother. I sat up and got out of bed. I walked over to the door and put my ear to the door.

I couldn't hear a thing so I rushed out. Which way did I go earlier? Where have I already been? What to do. Right or left? I say right. Straight or Right.. Let's go right. Hah! " Area 34, Severely Injured". This has to be it. I walked through the curtain/tarp and Looked in every direction. "Go check on that one girl". "Which one there's so many" the lady snorted. "You know the one in the coma" The man said frustrated with the woman. You could tell by the way he was talking to her that he was antagonized by her. Why am I just standing here? I need to hide! Someone is coming. I dove under the nearest bed and listened closely. "Poor girl. I bet her parents are worried sick, wonder what she was even coming to this place for anyways" I could see how the man would get annoyed with her. She has this country accent and its really, irritating! She finally walked out and I knew this was my chance! I ran where she was and there was Aria. I didn't know what to say. My body became firm and I felt like I couldn't move. Beep.... Beep.. Beep.. her monitor repeated. I finally was able to move and I layed down with her without a care of what kind of trouble it would cause. I couldn't stop thinking of how much I love her.

I fell asleep I guess and I woke up in my own bed. How did I get here? Is this my room? No, this room has a door. None of the rooms I have been in have had doors. All just tarps or curtains. This is really peculiar. I felt really dazed so I went back to sleep. That was nice until there was a knock on the door. "Hello? Are you awake? Can I come in?" It was Lucy. Thank goodness it was her and not the lady from last night. " Yes, I am awake now, you can come in" I tried to wake myself up some more before the nurse came in. "Last night we found you in another patients area, why were you in there" " Well, because I love her." So, it wasn't a dream! She really is there. "How do you know this girl? What is her name?" "Her name? Her name is Aria and we met online. She was coming to see me because she loves me, we wanted to finally meet". "Really is that so?" The nurse went out of my room and brought me a tray. The usual some kind of soup and jell-o. "Well, Aria is in a coma and we are guessing she will be awake again in a week or so.." That's amazing! All i have to do now is wait for her. Lucy left, and I ate my lunch. Before I knew it she came back with two pills one for pain and one for making me go to sleep. I took them and after that I didn't have a dream at all. Just deep, deep, deep sleep.
