•The Night We Met by Lord Huron•

A/n~sorry it took so long I've been so busy with school I promise to have more done by Christmas so I can post them on my break

*Noah's POV*

I was at the store with my mom texting y/n,
"So has she decided what color she wants?" My mom asked peering over my shoulder "She said a blue one but she saw another dress she liked to."

"Tell her that I can help her pick it out." I nod and tell y/n, this is probably the biggest moment in her life that she'll remember, I have to make it perfect for her. My mom and I head over to their house as my mom goes up to help her.

*y/ns POV*

I was going to a fancy party with Noah, the theme was '1780's Mascarade'. I found two dresses online that a boutique store had on sale, one of them was a red flowing dress and the other was like a Cinderella type dress.

I hear a knock on my door "it's open!" I say looking up from my computer to see Noah's mom. "Hi Mrs. Schnapp" she sits next to me and hugs me "honey, call me Karine. I heard you found two dresses!"

I nod and show her the dresses. "I don't know, I could take you to the boutique and see which one you like." "Really?! That would be amazing!" She smiles "I had to do the same with Chloe, but then she stopped going to parties with Noah."

I smile as we work out a plan for going out, once we had the plan I walk down to see Noah on his phone "Hi cutie." I hug him as he gets up "Hey y/n, so have you found the dress?" I shake no my head as I feel his arms wrap around me "I was going to go to a boutique with your mom."

"Okay I'll wait here for you." He says giving me a kiss "get a room you two" I hear Gaten say walking past us. I laugh and leave with Noah's mom, we find the dress I wanted but many more too "okay choose 3 and try those on and if you don't like them we can try the other ones."

I nod and grab 3 that stood out to me.

"I like all three of them but I don't know." I say coming out in the third one, she puts her hands on my shoulders and rubs them "you looked beautiful in all of them, I bet you if Noah saw these dresses on you he would have been drooling."

I giggle knowing he would "Do you think Joey would approve though?" I say in a concerning tone, she looks at me "Text Joe the pictures I took of you in the dresses and ask if he approves them. If I was your mom I would say yes all the way."

My smile slowly dropped to a frown "what happen sweetie?" I shake my head and grab my phone "I just get really sensitive when people bring up my mom or mom's in general." She hugs me as I text Joe the pictures.
