"OMG THE 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER CONCERT IS IN 2 DAYS!" My friend Kayla yells across the room.
"Why are you so excited? You're not even going last time I checked" I sighed. "Well I am! And I have an extra ticket. " She exclaimed.
"Who's the lucky guy?" I chuckled back.
"JENNA! Im bringing you!" She yelled louder than before.
I felt my face burning a crimson color and my palms start to sweat. "Is she serious? Im actually going to see 5 seconds of summer live! " I think to myself.
"JENNA! Aren't you excited?" Kayla practically screaming to me.
Just like that she walked out of the classroom. Leaving me in a shocked state. I can't believe im going to see Ashton irwin live! I mean the rest of them are great but Ashton is a fucking god. I glance around the class noticing I'm the only one left. Whoops. I say out loud as I run out to my bus.
It started pulling away, but somehow my short legs began to pick up speed to catch it in time.
I step onto the bus with eyes sullenly staring through me.
I take a seat in the very back to not draw more attention then I had.
I slip in my headphones and I suddenly recognize it to be one of my favorite Green Day songs.
I try my best not to sing. I never sing im front of people. Not even my family. Only my posters have heard me sing.
I lay my head against the window and close my eyes.
This week better go by fast.
