Chapter 2: First day

You carefully open your house's front door, trying not to make any sounds so that your father doesn't notice you're home. You already ate dinner at your uncle's house and all you want is to go to bed and sleep.

Unfortunately, he hears the sound of the door closing and you hear his footsteps coming from the kitchen. You try to run to the stairs as you feel someone grabbing your arm and pulling you back.

You turn around and face your father. 'Oh no, he looks angry...' You think to yourself. You feel your heartbeat's rate going faster as you take a step back.

"So I heard your uncle got you into Yuei. I'm surprised they even wanted someone like you, he spat. That damn hero, going against me. He should know your quirk is not fit for his job."

You look down, tears threatening to roll down your cheeks. You feel your hands start shaking so you clench your fists, your nails digging into your skin making you bleed a little.

"Whatever, I'm too tired to deal with you today, he stated. You'll go to Yuei. In a few weeks, you'll come back crying because everyone sees you as the monster you are."

'A monster... is that what I am?' you ask yourself. Too scared to say anything, you just nod and run upstairs to lock yourself in your bedroom.

You quickly get ready for bed and let yourself fall on it. You let out a deep sigh. You think about everything that happened today. Your uncle, your father , that blonde angry boy... You wonder if you'll see him at Yuei.

Your mind goes back to your father. 'I'll show him. I can be a hero. Just so you wait, father.' you think as you begin to fall asleep, somehow excited.

Time skip

Your pov:

"Students, settle down, a man's voice demands. Today we are welcoming a new student in class 1-A, so behave."

Standing behind the huge door to class 1-A, I listen as everyone goes silent. I take a deep breath to try to suppress the lump that grows in my stomach.

"Miss l/n, you can come in."

I open the door, looking at the ground, too afraid to look at the other student's faces. I walk to the teacher and raise my eyes to scan the whole room. Most of them are smiling at me, which helps me relax and I smile back.

However, my heart stops for a second when I spot a familiar face. Ash blond hair, red ruby eyes, angry face... Yup. That guy from last time. He looks like he is also suprised to see me here.

He sees I noticed him staring and rolls his eyes. "Tch" he mumbles.

'What is this guy's problem? Grumpy much?' I wondered.

"Nice to meet you, I am Mr Aizawa, the teacher said, yawning. Introduce yourself to the class and then you can sit behind Midoriya." (A/N: sorry, not sorry Mineta guess you'll sit on the floor)

"Hello everyone, my name is y/n l/n and I'm excited to meet you all. I hope we can all be friends and help each other reach our goal of becoming heroes!" I cheer.

I see (almost) everyone smiling and cheering and can't help but smile. I have a feeling I am going to get along with these people.

I start walking to the empty table behind a green haired boy with freckles. 'That must be Midoriya' I think. He smiles at me nervously. 'What a cute little bean' I chuckle.
