So a question I have that's been in the back of my head since figuring out I'm aroace is why is romantic and sex in so many things. I can't remember the last time the two main characters in a story don't get together and just remain bros.
Don't get me wrong I'm a sucker for romance and is a huge shipper,but sometimes I wish the important story isn't pushed to the side for some undeveloped love story.
I love action movies but most of the time the story or fight is forgotten about so that the main character can make out with some woman who has no character whatsoever.
I tried telling this to people but they don't seem to understand.
Am I the only one who feels this way ?
