Info:(Y/N) can copy another persons quirk with a touch but the touch has to last 3 seconds to be effective. But the longer the touch the more powerful the transfer become's but it can be quicker if its a hug or...a kiss but who would wanna kiss you? (Im kidding lol) but kissing is a more effective transfer technique.
Downside:So basically the downside to the quirk is the same as the original person's quirk. If you copy Uraraka's you become sick or if it's Midoriya's you can break your bones. I suppose you get it now so moving on.

Backstory:-When he was born (Y/N) was only 2 months when he was kidnapped by some unknown man and was trained under his wing but. His training started at five the training was harsh and scarring but he endured and pushed through with sheer force and a unbreaking will. For year this when on but when he was 8 his father figure grew impatient with his quirk and got mad and used his quirk on him. Blackflame was 3x hotter then regular fire he managed to dodge the fire and when his father grabbed him by the throat. He started to choke him and (Y/N) grabbed his arm with both hands struggling for air but then (Y/N)'s hands started to glow and then he yelled and the man's whole. Arm ignited before them and his whole arm was on fire the man screamed in pain and (Y/N) took the chance to run and live on the streets until he was took in at the age of 11 he was happy for once and actually smiled.
(Note:(Y/N) lives with his friend's mom and dad along with his two older sisters)
Personality:
-(Y/N) was shy at first in his new surroundings but he adjusted to his surroundings and grew to love his new adoptive parents and siblings but he knew his real parents were out there so he asked his parents for help they agreed and they looked for them in the later afternoons when (Y/N) was done with school.
