Part 8, 'Why me...?'

Brandon's POV

I watched as the kids played not use to the outside, (dats a bit creepy ngl-) I slowly stood up and looked at Micheal. "We have to find them.. we have to go back.. what if there hurt..? or worse....." i say my voice obviously filled with fear and worry. (awe Brandon has feelings uwu)

he nodded softly, "try to stay calm, and try to think positive i know its hard.. trust me. it will be okay.." he says softly, I nod slightly and sigh the kids go back into the cave and me and Micheal try to make a plan. but first, "hey kids what are your names?" i say to them, they look at me confused. "what.. is a 'name'..?" the oldest says softly, i glance at Micheal then back at the kids. "a name is something they call you, like mines Micheal. His name is Brandon." Micheal says, the kids still look confused but nod. "do you guys want names?" i say softly, they nod I think for a second and hum, "Sage" I point to the oldest and say he smiles. i point to the second oldest, "River" she smiles, Micheal smiled and Pointed to the six year old and said "Avery" she smiled. he pointed to the four year old "and Sam Or Sammy?" he smiles happily.

Micheal's POV

I smiled at the Kids them liking the names they were given, My smile slowly fades once i remember about Ritchie and David. and sigh softy hiding the children with toys and snacks then me and Brandon start to head back to the Lab to look for My cr- Ritchie and Brandon's Bean. (David-)

{Timeskip bc i lazy and its 2:07 AM}

We slowly walked back in Looking around hearing pain filled screams this time, though none sounded like Ritchie or David which is a good thing. we looked no sign of them until, "NO! who are you and where are my friends." i heard Ritchie say we slowly walked over ready to be on attack mode. the older looking man scoffed, "just give me the damn child." (qwq bad muffin-) "NO! never! you cant make me!" Ritchie screamed at the man holding a infant close, the man growled and walked off.

"Ritchie!" i ran over and softly hugged him he hugged back almost instantly the baby cooed and hid his face. i smiled "are you okay? what happen? whos baby is this?" i say concerned about him, he smiled "im okay, and i have no clue but i was stuck in this room till that idiot opened the door, and well his mom died.. so meet My son, Austin after you know who.." he said with a smile and looking down at the infant, i smiled and nodded.

"sorry to break this moment.. but do you know where David is..?" Brandon said with a soft voice full of worry for his bean, "no im sorry.. i heard him whimper a bit ago.. that's all.. it was coming from the left of here.. so.." Ritchie said.

Ritchie's POV

"Alright go to the cave that's on the right by the rock and you'll find a cave with four kids River, Sage Avery and Sam" Micheal said with a soft smile. i nod and go that way, i shortly find it and slowly undo the Baby Carrier and put the baby down four little kids come out. "hello there you four.. im Ritchie a Friend of Micheal and Brandon, im here to watch and protect you guys" i smile they nod and lay back down i told them stories and taught them how to read well.. kinda.

David's Pov

I couldn't see or move, i heard murmurs or small voices they echoed thru my mind. ones of my friends some of others i never heard before, some full of hate.. all i could think was.

'Why me...?'
