Chapter 9

This was it, the day you two will finally meet.

Mixed emotions, you two don't exactly know what to feel. She promised you that you two will spend your last 2 weeks of summer vacation together and you couldn't be anymore happier. You were finally gonna feel what it's like to be in her arms, what her kisses feel like and most importantly, you were finally going to see her.

When you arrived at South Korea, you spent your whole 1st day sleeping because of exhaustion and your 2nd day to arranged and decorate your dorm. There were already other foreign students there, wanting to familiarize themselves just like you. The 3rd day was gonna be the first time you two see each other.

Judging from the ootd pictures she sends you, you know your girlfriend was a fashionista, so that's why it took you a hard time to chose what to wear. You just decided to go casual and wear a black crop top with a red flannel and black jeans, that you partnered up with a pair of Vans.

Jennie on the other hand, she was okay with her outfit, the only thing making her nervous was you, she was finally going to reveal herself to you. Her members keep on teasing but helping her at the same time, they were more excited than Jennie.

Jennie told you to meet at Han River at around 10 pm, you were confused on why she decided to meet that late but she just told you to shush and follow her. You agreed, knowing that there were some people near Han River at that time since there was some food stalls close.

10PM, Han River.

You were the first one to arrive, quickly texting your girlfriend that you were there already. She told you that she will be there soon but she was actually a lot earlier than you, she just hid herself and her heart beat faster when she finally saw you again.

"Hello? Unnie, are you here?" You answered her call and you heard some people talking at the background before hearing Jennie.

"Yeah, I'm almost there. Can you tell me where you are exactly?" Jennie asked even though she knows where you are already, she was wearing a face mask [ wear your face mask outside always! ] to hide her identity.

"I'm under the bridge, can you hurry? There aren't that much people here." You heard nothing from the other line aside from rustling and panting, you keep calling for her but she wasn't saying anything.

"Jane? You still there?"

"Turn around." She whispered, you furrowed your eyebrows but followed her instruction and you almost dropped your phone with what you saw.

It was Jennie of BLACKPINK, she was smiling at you, holding her phone in her ear.

Your heart was racing, you didn't know what to do. Is she Jane?

"Hi baby." You heard her say and also heard her from your phone, you two hanged up the call while staring at each other. Jennie couldn't believe it, you were just inchest away from her, she can finally hold you in her arms.

"Jane?"

"Surprise? I-oof!" Jennie caught you in her arms when you ran to her, you hugged her tight and so did her. Her eyes filled with tears, hugging you close. You in her arms feels so right and so perfect.

You on the other hand, didn't know why you ran to her and hugged her. Questions were still running in your mind but you forgot about that for a minute because you wanted to hug her, she smells so good.

You two stood there, arms wrapped around each other. Jennie was slowly swaying you two while gently kissing your head over and over, she was waiting for you to pull away and when you did, you two looked at each other.

"I know I have a lot of explaining to do." Jennie started, you giggled.

"You sure do, you were actually the last person I expected."

"I'm sorry for not telling you sooner."

"Shut up and kiss me already." Jennie chuckled before leaning in to kiss you, her lips moved softly with yours, it was so full of love. After a few minutes, you two pulled away, your foreheads still connected.

"I love you, Lia."

"I love you too... Jennie."
