It had been only a week after Hyunjin had asked for the two of you to be friends. You guys had become a little bit closer, hung out almost everyday. Things were normal, for now.

You were on your way to school, stopping at the usual spot, halfway. That's where you and Hyunjin met up at everyday so he could walk to school with you. But he wasn't here yet, so you sat down on the sidewalk and waited a few minutes for him.

but...

He still hadn't shown up, kinda odd since he was always on time regardless of what was going on. Looking down at the time on your phone, seeing that you had about 20 minutes left to get there and it was only a five minute walk from your meeting point.
All of a sudden you could hear the sound of someone tripping and falling, you turned to see where the sound was coming from. Seeing a girl around the same age as you had tripped, she was wearing the same uniform so you could only guess that she was new to your school.

You quickly got up and walked over to where she was, helping her pick up the things she had dropped. "Are you okay?" You asked her, sounding a little bit more concerned for her than you had hoped.

"Ah yeah, i'm sorry." She said with a nervous laugh, "I'm just really clumsy, thank you for helping me." She finished gathering her things, you handing her the items you had picked up. "No problem, are you new here? I haven't seen you around." You asked, giving her a light smile.
"Yeah, I just moved here a few weeks ago." She answered your question. Though something about her was off, you couldn't quite figure out what it was.  Deciding to shrug it off until you could figure out what it was.

Just then, Hyunjin had finally shown up. "Hey! sorry I was late, I woke up a little bit later today-" He said and then paused, looking at the girl you had helped. He glared at her for a moment and then went to your side, quickly holding onto your sleeve lightly. "It's alright, I got to help her while I waited for you." You say, looking from Hyunjin to the girl. Not noticing the glare he gave her for a split second. "Oh, what's your name?" You asked, "I'm Rosé but you can call me Rosie if you'd like." She says giving you a smile. "Nice to meet you. we should get going now, school will be starting soon." Hyunjin said sternly, not trusting her. He quickly turned, dragging you along with him.

"Hey what's your problem Hyunjin??" You asked, snatching your arm away from him and walking at a normal pace. "Nothing. I just don't trust people so easily." He lied, he knew that the only vampires in town were ones of their group. He could sense that she too was a vampire. But he didn't know of her which made it all the more worse with the given situation that you were completely clueless about.

Right before your last class had ended you went to go look for Jisoo, you hadn't seen her very much today. Only in two classes, becoming a little bit worried that you had done something to hurt her feelings somehow. But jisoo was never someone to get her feelings hurt that easily. You wandered the halls trying to find her, having no luck.

    Then you could hear students talking, you couldn't quite figure out who it was so you walked around the corner and saw Jisoo with Rosé.

'what are they talking about? do they know each other?' You thought to yourself, a little confused so you listened in on their conversation.

"How much longer until they get here?" You hear Jisoo say, "It won't be long now, they're planning to take her in the next week or so." Rosé whispered back, looking around to make sure no one was listening in on their conversation.

You were so confused 'who were they going to take?' what's going on??' You were lost and felt as if something really bad was going to happen soon.
You turn to leave and accidentally bumped into someone familiar. Rubbing the top of your head, "I'm so sorry," You say looking up to see who it was.

Only to meet eyes with Lee Felix, "It's alright, but what are you doing here? Class is about to start." He says, confused and then looked over to see that Jisoo and Rosé were gone.
You turned to see and realized the same thing, "They're hiding something from me.." You mumbled to yourself, mentally sighing. 'maybe they were just talking about someone else' You shrugged and turned back to Felix. "I was just looking for something, but I uh.. couldn't find it." You half lied.
Not necessarily telling the whole truth but it certainly wasn't all a lie.

"What about you?" "Oh- well.." He rubs the nape of his neck, "Hyunjin sent me to come find you since you hadn't arrived in class yet, and I'm released early. I guess to just make sure that you're okay." He says, his hand returning to its place in his pocket.
"He was that worried about me?" You questioned, lifting an eyebrow, "I guess so." He says with a light laugh and then grabs your hand.

"Well back to class, cause I don't want to get in trouble with him for taking too long." He says and drags you down the hallway, similar to how Hyunjin did with you. 'i guess they just have a thing for dragging girls down hallways' You thought to yourself with an eye-roll. Deciding to not be pulled around anymore, you free your hand and walk at the same pace as him.
"You do realize I can walk all by myself, without you having to drag me around." Say say cross your arms, the both of you speed walking all the way to class.

Upon your arrival, you see Hyunjin. He looked up immediately and glared at the Aussie behind you, the guy giving a shrug and a wave before leaving.
You took your place next to Hyunjin as usual, he had asked the teacher to change the seating arrangements a bit so he was always next to you.

He was so protective...

It was kinda.... cute
