Chapter 3

Today, I don’t feel like my self. I was laying in bed watching TV, when Trey came in and sat down next to my bed. That’s when I new what I wanted to do. I wanted to get in trouble with him, if you know what I mean. “Hey Cassy, wanna go out tonight?” he asked. “Sure! Where?” I said . “There is a dorm party tonight and I didn’t wanna go by myself.” He told me with the biggest grin on his face. I couldn’t resist. “Sounds fun. What time  does it start?” “Ten.” He said. I nodded my head in affirmation and he was off in seconds.

(10 o’clock that night)

When we got to the party, I got this uneasy feeling that something bad was gonna happen. Then I noticed that everyone there was a vampire. I could smell it. It was a mixture of smoke and rosemary. I thought it was a bad mixture, but I kind of grew a costume to it over time. I don’t think anyone figured I was a werewolf yet. They were all too busy drinking concoctions that would kill them eventually or sucking face with one another. Suddenly, we heard screaming. The stench of blood was like a smack in the face when it hit my nose. “ Trey, either somebody just died or is dying.” he look at me , then pulled me out of there quickly. “ Once there is blood, it will turn into a madhouse. every time somebody ruins it.” when we stopped walking, I checked the time. It was 10:30. That was a total bust. We were there for only half an hour. “ So what are we going to do. Its only 10:30... Are there any clubs near by? I asked him. I tried to explain myself before any accusations flew. “ I mean were out and dressed might as well.”  He looked at me and smiled. “ Sure, there is one down the street from here.” He took me by the hand and off we were.
