Osmosians were originally an alien species from Osmos V with the ability to absorb energy, matter, and power. Notable members of the species are Kevin Levin, Devin Levin, Devlin Levin, and Aggregor. However in Omniverse, Osmosians are a subspecies of humans coined by Servantis who coined it as they really have their own abilities. Kevin Levin and his son Devlin are true Osmosians as Devin doesn't exist as it was a fake memory and Aggregor is a clone of Kevin.
New Sonic Saga
Osmosians are aliens and Osmos V is a real planet which is similar to Earth but their culture is based that on the Aztecs, the Mayans, the Inca, and others. Osmosians have the natural ability to absorb anything they touch as they prefer to use matter in fight, as they avoid feeding on energy which led them to be addicted but an Osmosians with absorbing creatures or sentient being powers, they become dangerous and power hungry. Osmosians almost become extinct by the hand of the Fulmini Empire during Earth's 20th Century and Osmos V have been stripped from minerals and others natural resources, making the planet a baron planet. A few Osmosians escape and live on other planets.
