So how do you guys plan to take him down, the general askes the both of them as they walk toward one of the offices in the base, he seems to be very powerful, buster tells the general, we wont be able to beat him in combat, but that's the only way to keep him contained, nova flame replies the general, we can't do that without enough help, buster tells nova flame, sir permission to speak sir, one the military tech guys askes the general, yes the general replies, what about the guy underground, he tells the general, that sounds like a good idea the general says.
Were are we going nova flame askes the general while they all walk towards an elevator, don't worry, the general tells nova flame as he takes them to a structure under the base, in the elevator as they reach the floor of the structure.

As they reach the place the elevator stops, as they come out they walk towards a cage, they begin to hear sudden speed noises, as they reach the cell buster askes if anyone is in there, no there is no one in there it's a bug making the noise the general replies sarcastically, nova flame begins to chuckle, the general then bangs the bars with a baton, then a swift bang hits the bars, what do you want? a person in the cell askes, we need your help the general replies , why should i help you, the man in the cell answers in an angry tone, you'll have your freedom the general replies, out of curiosity buster askes the general is he as dangerous as they say he is? you want to find out, the man in the cell says in an even more angry tone, hey hey hey nova flame says as he tries to breakup the argument, nova flame then askes the man in the cell his name, why do you want to know? He answers, i am just trying to be friendly nova flame tells the man in the cell, fine it's rage the man in the cell replies ,nova flame then explains the situation to him in very serious manner, with all seriousness can he actually melt people with a blast rage askes, Yes, buster replies, then what are waiting for let me out rage tells the general, ow the general says as he Lets him out, as rage comes out of the cell buster notices his arm color, he decides to ask him why his arm is red , hey rage why's your arm red? Busters askes rage, ow this rage replies that's why i have my powers he says as he explains his past to them.
rage's pov
when i was younger i went camping with my family , me and my brother went to look for branches for the camp fire, out of nowhere a bear attacked us.
As rage continued his voice kept reducing in sadness, he continues.
As we tried to run away I fell and my arm fell into some colored liquid on the flour, as i was trying to get up the bear wanted to hit me I was so scared, so i closed my eyes then my brother took the hit for me, as I opened my eyes, I saw his head had hit a rock and he began to bleed he was losing so much blood, out of rage my hands begin to spin, i did'nt know what was happening to me i was so sacred, my brother was dying and body began to show unexplainable things my reflexes began move really fast, my hands began to spin really fast, which blew the bear as it roared while i screamed it flew away, but it became hard for me to control my hands, they were spinning faster and faster they began to blow half of the forest away, unfortunately, my family was on that side which blew away, they all died and it all my fault, the military then found about me and brought me here since then, it's been ten years.
Back at spencer's house, Him and his dad continue to argue, dad why why, why do you hate me, spencer says with a loud voice shouting at him, son I don't hate you son I just don't have time son, spencer walking really fast storming forward towards his father looking to hit him as he cries, I am only sixteen dad he shouts to his father I need my father he shouts at him even louder, his father noticing the speed at which his son is coming toward him, he tries to dodge the hit coming from his son, but when he dodges spencer, not stopping, spencer falls into a tub of chemicals as he sticks his head up his bodies molecules begin to melt, he father seeing this picks up a metal bowl then run towards the tub of chemicals with it and dips it it in the tub of chemicals fetching his sons bodies molecules, then tries to reassemble them.
After hearing all this from rage nova flame tries to to console him, but then military base was hit by something, they ran as quickly as possible to the elevator which brought them down to the structure below the rest of the base, ''rage, slow pokes" he says as he laughs after reaching the elevator before the rest of them with his superspeed, while in the elevator they begin to ask each other what could that be, buster then says maybe its him.
when they reach the door of the military base they run out as fast as they can run while nova flame flies forward, rage getting to front of road of the base before the rest of them again he sees lutaro hovering around the building, then says he doesn't look that tough rage says with a deep voice, lutaro hearing this blasts the base wall which begins melts, as lutaro laughs , ok he's tough rage says replying his first statement
At spencer's house,
His father after working on reassembling his sons molecules for a while, he decides to try something unthinkable.
