Chapter 4

Namjoon's POV

I sat at my desk, leaning back in my chair. I couldn't stop thinking about that girl from the party.

I only spoke to her for a brief moment, but I just couldn't stop thinking about her. She was one of the most beautiful women I've ever encountered.

"Namjoon!" A voice yelled making me jump. "Get out of that day dream and do your work!"

I look up in front of me and see Jin, my secretary. And best friend. He hand paper work in his hand, extended torwards me. He dropped the stack down and put his hand on his hip.

"Did you read the paper?" He asked. He pulled a newspaper out from under his arm and shoved it at me. " Here."

I fumbled with the paper, but got it to lay flat. I read the headline and furrowed my eyebrows. "Why are you showing me this?" I looked up at Him with a raised eyebrow.

"Idiot. Look, ya know that girl you saw last night and can't get out of your head? Look at the picture." Jin said tapping the paper.

I look closer at the picture and my eyes widened. "I've been thinking about Kang Y/n?!" I practically yell.

"Apparently so, and she's in hospital." He says sitting down in one of the chairs in front of my desk. He crossed his legs and leaned forward. "If you read the headline, you would know."

I roll my eyes at his sassiness, and scan through the article. She was walking at of work when she stumbled a bit and fainted.

"Oh yeah, Joonie. There's also a dating rumor about her and Yoongi." Jin says examining his nails."But it can't be true because I've meet his wife and kid."

"He's married? And has a kid?" I ask, surprised by the new information.

Jin nodded and said, "Yeah, sweet girl. And their baby girl is just the cutest. He wanted to keep them a secret so they didn't get hate and can live peacefully."

I nod and continue to read the article. "She's literally perfect." I whisper to myself. I look up and tell Jin,"Hey Jin? Ya know how you complain that I need to date? Or at least get laid?"

He gave me a hum in response, and continued to look at his nails. He then froze and looked up at me with a suspicious look. "Yeah... Why?"

"Well, I always say I wanna wait for the one, right? I think I found her. She's everything I want." I say, imaging a life with her already.

"What?! Finally!!" Jin jumps up and claps his hands. "Who? Who's the lucky gal? Ooh! I can already imagine it. We can go out and go on shopping sprees together. Oh and your wedding!"

He then stops prancing around and looks me in the eye. "Who is it?" He demands.

"The one and only..." I stop and watch him squirm a bit, waiting for a name." Kang Y/n." I finished.

He looks me up and down with wide eyes. "Sir- she's way out of your league." He says sassily.

I furrow my eyebrows and frown. "How? We are both-" I get cut off.

"No! She's like the Queen of women. No man is gonna able to get up to her league. Just no." He says, slamming his hands down on my desk. "But, I guess you'll be okay for my idol and Queen."

"You like her?" I ask, leaning closer with my elbows in the desk.

"Of course! She's my idol! My Queen!" He yells, like it's the most obvious thing. "I just wanna know if she has any brothers." He licks his lips and looks back down at me. "Enough chit chat, work now!"
