April 19, 1775

I was happy like this. I felt relaxed and content. Wait. I need to wake up to finish the mission. Forcing my heavy eyelids open i discovered... nothing?  Last nights events came flooding back to me, drowning me in panic. I squirmed. What the hell? I was tied to a chair. It felt as if it could hardly hold my weight. I franticly looked around, blackness. I heard a door creak open and shut quickly with a lock. Damn. The leader appeared before me. He swung his fist at my head, warm stickiness ran down the side of my face.

     "What. The Hell. Was that for?" I spat in his face. A satisfied smirk formed on his pale lips.

      "Tell me where they are." He growled so low i wasn't sure i heard him right. I stared into his cold pale brown eyes perturbed.

    "Sir, if you told me who they are I might be able to tell you." I screamed at his unshaven face.

   He kicked me in the stomach, i grimaced in pain but held my screech, for i did not want to give him the satisfaction.

     "Look son, we can do this the hard way or the easy way. Take your pick, i have all night and if you try something i  will not hesitate to kill you slowly and painfully." I met his gaze showing him i wasn't intimidated. I opened my mouth but before i could say anything he said slowly, " Hanock and Adams, where are they!?"  I closed my eyes thinking of what to do, finally i opened them and calmly whispered,

     "I do not know of a Hancock or Adams, Sir, and even if i did i would not give them  up nor would i ever." His face turned beet red and his body shook from anger. Slowly his hand came up and i watch him cautiously. I closed my eyes tighly ready for the pain. Right when he was swinging i heard a gunshot.
