Poems I Wrote

So in my Theatre class, we had to write a poem. As I was writing mine, I thought that it would be nice to share a couple that I've wrote. Hope you enjoy!!

I see you look at me and then turn away. But from the corner of my eye, you still look at me.

You look happy with your friends. But when you see me, happiness is wiped off your face for a split second.

Do you think about me? As much as I think about you? Do you ever wonder what could've been?

People tell me to move on. To forget about you. That you're not worth it.

I didn't listen to them at first. I couldn't do that. Especially when you're wherever I go.

People tell me to forgive and forget. So I'll forgive you. But I won't forget about what you've done.
