Here's one poem that I wrote when I was feeling kinda down.

Can you see me? The girl in the background, who has a secret. Who has, so many times, been put down.
Can you hear me? The girl who tries to talk loud! But has been pushed to the ground.
Can you feel me? The girl who tries to reach out. But has had her hand pushed away and down.
No, you don't care!!! You never wanted to see me, hear me, or feel me! You just let me be!!
But when I'm gone, you will long to see, hear, and feel me. But nobody will see, hear, or feel you.
