Edd Pov:

I've finally arrived at the faunus kingdom! The faunus folk are usually the nicest and one of the best types of healers, so I'm sure they'll let me walk around and find a good person to help out with injuries on my journey to defeat the evil wizard Lucvius!

I roll up my map as I walk into the kingdom, usually the city of the faunus is beautiful.. but now that the unbeatable gas has filled almost everywhere in the world, no one seems to go outside anymore and whoever does is always very ill.

All I have to do is find a doctor that is immune to the fumes, which wouldn't be so hard.. if I knew where to start... This place is ginormous and finding someone who doesn't have the sickness might be damn near impossible to find within the area!

The mist looks as though it were a faint fog floating around the area, which since I'm immune it only feels like warm air blowing into my face the more I walk in it.. which is rather uncomfortable and makes me sweat a bit.

I walk around with my four hoofs making loud clonking sounds against the stone path, I blow my curly hair out of my face even though it will fall back anyway and I fidget with the button holding my messenger bag closed from being a bit uncomfortable by the utter silence of the city.

I have naturally curly brunette hair that falls down into my face and my tail is just as curly as it almost reaches the ground from being so long, also underneath my bangs I have natural blush and brown eyes. I always carry around my favorite green messenger bag, it's my favorite since it has wool pins my friend made when we were younger attached to it.

I then see a figure in the distance that doesn't appear to be sick in any way as they walk swiftly across the road. They have long curled horns and pointy ears along with long goat like legs and purple cardigan with a white shirt underneath on their torso, once I walk a bit closer to the walking figure I can see it's a man with ginger hair and glasses- then I see a bag hanging from his shoulder with a medic badge which makes me scream in joy, it's a healthy doctor!

"Hey!" I call out as I speed up my walking to catch up to him, but then he walks into a house and I start to wonder what he could be doing so early in the morning. I then run up to the house door and go to knock before realizing a random stranger shouldn't just ask to come into someone's house without legitimate reason.

I instead walk up to the window which luckily isn't being covered and I look inside with my eyes gleaming from excitement, I then see the doctor sit down on a tall stool next to a bed with a ill person that seems to be in a coma inside the covers. The doctor seems to be checking the patient's vitals and helping them safely sip down a medicine of some kind.

After a few minutes the doctor speaks to a lady and looks as though he's saying he'll be fine since the lady looks very grateful and relieved, he then begins walking to the door and I quickly position myself to greet him.

The door opens and the male looks to me with a surprised look, he asks, "What may a centaur be doing in the middle of a city of faunus folk?"

"Look, this may sound crazy but-"

"Absolutely not!" Doctor Harvest says as he walks back and forth in his office in a nervous rut with a expression directed at me like I'm insane. "Why would I ever leave my city to help you do such a impossible deed?!"

"Look doctor, I know you must work very hard-"

"Edward I am one of the top doctors in this poor city of the ill, do you even know how busy I am here?!" I go to guess how much he could possibly work with the bags under his tired eyes, but he answers for me. "I work almost constantly now that I am most likely the only doctor in the faunus kingdom, I am utterly exhausted now that so many people are ill."

"But Harvest-"

"My answer is no Edward," Doctor Harvest then turns to his desk and scavenges through his papers. "Now you must hurry along on your inevitable doom of a journey because I have much work to do on creating the cure."

I think hard for a minute on what could possibly convince this man to join me, which luckily I come up with a idea and say, "I bet Lusvius probably has a cure!" Doctor Harvest flinches from me saying that, so continue to try to seal the deal. "If we manage to defeat him then there's no doubt we can beat this curse! Just imagine all the lives we'll save!" Doctor Harvest turns toward me with a serious look and I hold my hand out to him. "Everyone around the world will be happy again, you just have to trust me."

Doctor Harvest is completely quiet until he sighs and mutters to himself, "I've gone mad..." He then quickly grabs my hand and says, "I'll join you, but after we defeat this spawn of the devil I am returning back to this city to cure my people first before anyone else."

"Deal," we then shake on it. "We'll cure everyone, even if it's the last thing I do."
