Missing File: A child was kidnapped around 4 years old near an abandoned park. Only signs that he was taken was an allmight figurine and confirmed droplets of his dna (blood).

Background: Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless child,very quiet and calm. Obidient and we'll mannered. Too Mature for his age [What is wrong with him?]

Appearance: somewhat short for his age, round face with a mess of fluffy dark hair. Large circular eyes the irises and hair are both the same shade of viridian (green)? [Gives him an innocent appearance] Four symmetrical freckles in diamond formation on each cheek.
