When I woke up, I was in Sam's arms in the back of the Impala. "Are you sure we should do this? What is Dean catches us?" Sam said, giggling.

"Don't worry about Dean. He's asleep." I eyed him hungrily before taking off his shirt and kissing him deeply.

He pulled away and stared at me blankly. "Ash. Please wake up. I need you." He said.

I tilted my head in confusion. "Excuse me?" "Please wake up, Ash." He repeated.

I finally gained conciousness to the sound of sirens and Sam saying 'Please wake up' over and over. He was clinging desperately to my blood stained shirt.

"S...Sam?" He jumped at the sound of my voice.

"Yes, Sweetheart. I'm here." I looked to my other side, which was disappointingly empty.

"He's behind us in the Impala. He didn't want to leave it in the graveyard." He said, almost reading my mind. He saw the question in my expression before I could ask it. He brought his finger to my lips before I spoke. "I know. It was a selfish move, even for Dean. The Impala could have been fixed easily if it was tampered with over night." He took my hand into his. I felt a warm tear roll onto my palm. "But you....If I lost you...I don't know what I would do. I wouldn't survive this world without you."

I could make out the bright lights of the hospital as I was yanked from the truck. I stretched out my hand and found Sam's, as I counted on. He was walking right beside me. They placed me in a room and shut the door.

Sam was nervously pacing back and forth in front of me. He had taken care of things like this before, so I knew he wasn't going to wait hour for slow doctors.

I watched him grab some guaze from the cabinet and place it over the wound on my head.

"Here, Sweetheart. Hold that there." I did as he told me. He began to bandage all of my smaller cuts after carefully cleaning them. The hospital has always been a scary place for me. It reminded me of nothing but loss. Soon, Dean stormed in, interupting my thoughts.

"Is she okay?" Dean asked. He didn't seem worries or the least bit sympathetic.

"Yeah. She's fine." Sam said, taking the gauze from me and replacing it with some new. "She may need a few stitches here or there. I wish we could keep a doctor in here long enough. They keep running so many tests."

I heard the door open and both brothers turned to face the short, balding man.

"Hello...Ashley?" I sat up. I felt extremely nauseous. "That's me." I said in a strained voice. "Ah, Hello Princess. I hear you're not feeling too good, huh?"

Sam nodded to me and I removed the gauze from my wound. "Oh. What happened here?" He asked, examining it, carefully. I flinched as he removed some of my hair from the wound.

"We..." Dean began. "I asked the girl, Pretty Boy." Dean raised his eyebrows. He growled under his breath and took a seat, opening an auto magazine.

"We were walking through the graveyard. I didn't see the rock and I tripped. I bumped my head on this large oak tree." He picked small peices of bark from my wound.

"Your story checks out." He said, showing me the bark. "Okay. I'll go retrieve the results of all the tests, patch you up, and release you? Sound good?" I nodded and he left the room, closing the door behind him.

"Okay. What is that dude's problem?" Dean said, standing up and chucking the magazine at the floor. "I don't know but calm down. Ash is in a lot of pain."

"If she hadn't been too busy making googly eyes with you, she would have gotten me the salt in time." He said, sitting back down.

"Dean, the ghost clearly didn't want it's bones torched. It didn't matter what time she reached you. That ghost was prepared." Dean slouched in his chair, crossing his arms.

The doctor cracked the door open about 30 minutes later.

"Can I speak to the brothers?" He said. I found that a little odd that I wasn't included but I was way too tired to investigate. The room definitely quiter without the brothers drama.

But that was soon disturbed when Dean burst into the room...
