crazy things happen, lotsa of them (so what kind s of crazy stuff...?) (manganime-like?) a long series/progression & you are left trying to figure it out/|\make sense of it (all)....
lots of things that don't make sense, & just as the reader is trying to figure it out, we find out it is really all vr makebelieve/playing/gaming
& that the little girl, irl is severely handicapped/disabled, & her (uncles?) were doing it all to entertain her
severe cerebral palsy? , quadraplegic? ms? ....?

(could also make it for a boy (femme/gay?), transgender, or etc. ? )
