~Chapter 8~

Ashlyn and Bella , decided that they should go to the beach after which seemed like hours, arguing where to go.

They were on their way , when a man with a camera popped out of no where.
Yup , the Hollywood fix reporter.

"Miss brack ! Hi nice to meet you " he says pointing the camera to Ashlyn.

"Hey" Ashlyn smiled.

"So..um who is this pretty lady here with you ?" He asks now filming bella.

"This" She grabs Bella's hand and continues " Is my Bestfriend , Bella"

Bella waves at the camera.

"Some of my fans may recognise her from my tiktoks or Instagram posts" Ashlyn says smiling.

"Nice to meet you , Miss Bella" The man says.

"Ashlyn are you still talking with your ex , Noah Richards??" He asks giving Ashlyn his attention again.

"Yea , We are friends you know" Ashlyn explains.

"So are you seeing anyone ?"

"Nope" Ashlyn shakes her head.

"A youtuber named Dominic Brack , posted your picture in his story and had said , I quote 'missing you a lot ash' , what was that about ?" He asks attacking her with questions about her personal life.

Ashlyn honestly didn't mind that . She wanted to be crystal clear about her life even her personal life with her fans . Yup  , she was very different than other influencer and she loved her fans with her whole heart . Sure there were haters too , but everything has a bad side and so does fame.

" If you haven't noticed we have the same last name . Yes , Dom is my cousin " Ashlyn replies , she noticed that bells looked rather uncomfortable . It was her first time with the paparazzi .

"Hey , we really have to go somewhere . We are in a hurry so bye!" Ashlyn exclaims and with that she grabs Bella's hand and run past them .

"God! he was nosy ." Bella says , when they finally had reached far from the paparazzi.

"Tell me about it . But I don't mind ." Ashlyn says running her hands through her hair.

There was a Baskin Robins store really near the beach. Ashlyn went there and got here favourite cotton candy icecream and was now licking and enjoying it like a 5 year old.

"What?" Ashlyn asks bellla , who was looking at her and smiling.

"You really like that icecream don't you" she replies grinning.

"No , I love it!" Ashlyn's exclaims.

When the finally reach the beach , the beach wasn't crowded as usual . Instead it was pretty quiet , there were only two guys there making tiktoks. They didn't know who they were as their backs were facing them and Ashlyn was just enjoying her icecream not caring to see who they were either , you could say that the icecream just made her day ten times better.

"Hey ash , isn't that Sarah?" Bella asks her , looking at the figure of a girl jogging.

"Dunno , don't care" Ashlyn mutters not bothering to look .

"Stay right here , she had borrowed my lipstick last week and still hasn't returned it to me" Bella says now going towards that girl named Sarah.

Ashlyn was simply minding her own business when someone bumped into her. Whoever this person was dropped her icecream and now she was staring at the icecream on the sand melting away.

"Awe man! My cotton candy icecream" Ashlyn whined like a baby.

She was still starting at the icecream , when finally the person decides to speak.

"I'm soo sorry , I didn't see you"

Somehow , that voice sounded awfully familiar to her.
