T H I R D P E R S O N ' S P O V" Could you get me a cart, Sho? over there." Shoyo turned to where his mother pointed at, and saw carts neatly lined up, " We're out of food so I'll probably buy stocks for 2 months."
Shoyo jogged towards the cart and pulled one and went back to his mom, " I'll push it."
The woman patted his head and walked ahead to the supermarket. It's pretty packed since vacation's about to end and school year's about to start yet again.
" We need meat . . and . . how 'bout you, Sho? Do you want anything?" his mother asked while still focused on picking out chicken.
" Anything's fine. But I feel like eating crabs today." said Shoyo while leaning on the handle of the cart, " I feel like eating seafoods."
" Then let's go to the seafood section. I'll just pick out the chickens later when we get back." his mother said and let her son push the cart in front of her.
On their way to seafood section, the catfish kinda caught his eyes and stared at for a couple of seconds. He watch as the catfish stared at him back inside the aquarium.
" Sho? do you want catfish?" his mother noticed him staring at the catfish while picking out the biggest crab she sees.
" Ah no. I was just blank for a moment. 'Didn't know what happened to me."
After buying the seafood, they went back to the chicken section. His mother told him to get the other necessities while she wait for him there. It won't take long.
Shoyo roamed the whole supermarket, grabbing the food and other supplies written in the small paper he's holding.
" and last . ." he muttered, his gaze dropping down at the very end of the paper, " is milk."
He went back to the row where he the section of milk and juices were placed. The milk lined up at the very top shelf. And with his smol height, he struggled to reach the box of milk, " Damn height."
Just then, a hand grabbed the milk he's reaching for. Just when he's about to thank the person, the boy walked away with the milk. And the redhead can see the smug smirk the stranger's giving. Boy was he embarrassed and mad at the same time. What. the. heck. Though there's not much people in that section, but he's still embarrassed and glared at the boy with his hazel eyes.
It took him 10 minutes just to finally get two box of milk and went back to his mom with a grumpy face. The woman noticed this and tilted her head, " Sho, is there something wrong?"
He straight up answered, " Nope."
The woman stared at him for a minute with a confused face and shrugged it off walked ahead to the counter. The grumpy smol bean following behind.
If the milk section was packed up with people, and that happened, boy he wish someone would just kidnap him and throw him off a cliff. Just the thought made his face beet red in embarrassment.
And his face got even more grumpier when he saw the boy from earlier standing at the counter, the box of milk and other necessities inside the basket he's holding. It seems like the boy noticed someone staring and turned his head, meeting Shoyo's angry ones.
Though he's just a stranger, the boy gave him a smug smile and turned back around as soon as he got his turn to pay.
" You little . ." Shoyo growled while his eyes stared unbelievingly at the boy with short black hair and deep blue eyes staring at him haughtily earlier.
" Hm? Sho, you're saying something?" Shoyo quickly smiled warmly at his mother and shook his head.
" Nope. Nothing." and as soon as his mother turned back around, his eyes glared yet again at the boy who's now exiting the supermarket. He caught him tilting his head back with yet again a smug smile. Smoke puffed out his redhead angrily while his lips pouting angrily, " You . ."
[ A bit OOC. I know. I'm sorry.]
He walked out of the supermarket, the smug smirk not leaving his lips. In the parking lot, leaning under the tree where he saw his older sister, who got her eyes focused and hands fiddling with her phone.
He walked pridefully towards the girl, the satisfying feeling not leaving his chest. As soon as he's in front of his sister, who look up at him, he knew he couldn't hold it in.
Tobio couldn't help but laugh. Miwa, who knew her brother as a frustrated person, looked at him shocked and weirdly, " What in the hell?"
He soon stopped laughing, a chuckle leaving his lips, " Shorty."
