It has already been three days, and I'm still stuck inside this room in this boring hospital.
When will I be able to leave this place?!
Then there was a knock on the door, and a nurse came in.
"Okay, Ayume, you have recovered enough. You may go home now," she said.
Go home? But where is home? sniff
"Oh and here is Naruto to come and fetch you," she added.
"Good morning, Karetsu-san!" Naruto greeted.
"Good morning, umm, Uzumaki-san?" I greeted back.
Good thing I watch English-subbed Naruto, or I'll never be able to communicate.
"Let's go!" He told me as he was leaving the room.
"Wait!" I yelled at him.
"Huh?"
"I still need to get my stuff," I said while rushing to get my sling bag.
"That's a weird bag, you got there," he said, pointing to my sling bag.
That's right! The show never had sling bags. They just attach their bags to their pants or somewhere.
"Oh, its nothing. I just attached a rope to it because it would be too heavy for me to attach to my pants or shorts. But I will remove it as soon as I get stronger," I replied.
"Oh, Okay. Well then, let's go!"
I followed him to his apartment.
I was amazed to see it so neat and tidy, but when I looked around, I saw about three bulky garbage bags.
You could say that he tidied up the place before I was allowed to leave the hospital. Or he would be ashamed to let me see his messy apartment.
I giggled a bit at the thought.
"What's funny?" He asked.
"Oh, nothing. I was just surprised to see a guy's room so clean. Usually guys always leave their rooms messy," I replied.
"Oh..." He said while looking over to the three bulky garbage bags, slightly blushing.
Then Naruto suddenly snapped his fingers as if remembered something.
"Oh, right! I almost forgot! Old Man Hokage told me to tell you to go to his office at the Hokage Tower as soon as you checked out," he told me.
"But...I don't know where this place is..." I told him.
"Oh...Well I'll just have to escort you there!" He announced.
"Well then, let's go!"
I followed him to the tower, and when we got there...
"Wow...That's one tall tower," I whispered silently in awe.
When we arrived at the office, I was a bit nervous.
What will I do?! What will he say?! Maybe he can help me get back home! Or maybe...?!
My mind was too full with thoughts that I almost didn't hear the Hokage telling me to enter.
"Ayume, you may enter," he said.
"Alone!" he added when he saw Naruto following me inside.
"Darn," I heard Naruto mutter to himself.
As I waited for the Hokage to say something he suddenly lifted the name tag on his desk and pushed a button.
Why is there even a button under his desk's name tag?! There wasn't one in any of the episodes!
