If she misses her dog, I'll buy her a new one. She deserves anything she desires. Kip's mom has a breeding ranch and she only breeds pit bulls. They are clean and all the dogs have a pedigree. All my stuff is now in her room, well our room. It's gonna take a minute to adjust to this. I've never shared a room with anyone before and just like Weston, I've never let anyone stay the night in my bed.
Weston is still asleep, so I can't leave this room. The 2 times that I did, she panicked and her eyes were filled with pain and anxiety. I pick up my phone and send Kip a text message.
[ Hero - Hey man, does your mother still have that breeding ranch? ]
[ Kip - Hey Prez, yeah she does. Why? ]
[ Hero - I want to buy a pup for Weston. She loves pit bulls. ]
[ Kip - Oh, okay. I'll call my mother right away. Be right back. ]
[ Hero - Thanks man. ]
I lay beside Weston and snuggle into her neck. She moans in her sleep. "mmm...baby!"
I chuckle. She opens her eyes and she takes my hand and place them on her breast.
"Good morning, roomie."
"Morning, baby. Did you sleep okay? You were kind of upset tonight, I had to wake you." She nods.
"I dreamt about Rosco. They made me watch when they killed him." She said with sadness in her voice. Fucking bastards!
"I'm sorry, babe."
"Me too."
"Do you remember their names?"
"How could I forget?" She shivers when I mentioned her rapist.
"Richard Eztevez, Emiliano Rodriguez and Louis Gonzales." Oh shit! That's the cartel. They'll kill Weston if they knew she was alive. I wonder if Vince knows who they are? No, he can't. They would be dead if he knew.
"I've never told anyone they names before. I said that I didn't remember but to be honest I remember everything, every last detail."
"Baby, do you mind if I kill them?" she smirks.
"If you find them, I want to be there and see when you ship them off this planet."
"Of course." I kiss her. How can she even stand up straight after everything that happened to her?! My phone buzz and it's Kip.
I have to take this call. Be right back." she nods and gets up and walk into the bathroom.
"Hey man."
"Hey Prez. My mother have 2 pups for sale. They are the purest pedigree."
"Oh, that's good. Do you think we can go and check them out?"
"Yeah. She told me she wants to meet you before she sells you a pup."
"Good. I'll bring Weston, so she can choose which one she wants. Can you follow with a car?"
"Sure. When?"
"Noon?"
"Yeah, I'll let my mother know that's when we're coming."
"Thanks, man. Talk to you later."
I hang up. Weston comes out from the bathroom and starts to dress herself. I just sit back and admire her beauty.
