Office One belonged to Mr. Havro Insub, the most protected man in the world and President of ABEL. The protection was so great that there were actually six identical rooms named Office 1. Only the fifth office was genuine and had no doors or windows. In place of an exit was a sofa that would shield itself with armour when sat on and would descend down a shaft like a lift, and into a safe room where a guard would unlock and release him. The three body guards that never left a two metre radius of him accompanied him everywhere, and they all wore bullet proof clothing. There was never one moment where Insub wasn't under the watchful eye of security.
Insub himself was a short man with a cubby face. His skin was dark and dry which made him look older than he actually was (his age was roughly 40). Nothing was really abnormal about him except for his large scar on the left cheek, and of course his metal arm on the same side. As a small boy he was involved in a car accident, resulting in the amputation of the arm and various replacements throughout time. His current one was quite viscous in that all the cables and parts were fairly intimidating. The rods that ran down the arm gave a real robotic feel about the man, which wasn't helped by him never smiling.
