me and Zander made our way to the music room where Sean, Milly, and Jake were in a line. "okay you guys are probably wondering why i started practice so early" Hailey started "it turns out the competition's date changed and its only a couple weeks away!". everyone froze at the surprising news!"b-b-but we aren't even ready!" Jake said "and we'd have to start practice early every day!". Hailey gave a glace over at Jake " i know i informed the principal and he told all teacher's". "well we better start pract-"Sean got interrupted by Hailey."im not done!" Hailey shouted "to make us work faster and get more done i decided we will work in partners for after school". we all were on pins and needle's to figure out who was with who, well at least i was i dont know about the others. "Sean and Milly," Hailey began " me and Jake, and last but not least Zander and Luke.". i was frozen, i couldn't move at the thought of working with Zander! i felt a warm blush spread across my face. i looked at Zander i saw a faint blush one his face. " why is he blushing? is it of embarrassment?" i thought. "well lets start practice!" Sean said quickly. every one was confused why he said it so fast, but they quickly brushed it off and started to practice.a few hours pass and the bell finally ring's. we all start to pack up. Zander folding up his piano, Milly putting up her guitar. i start to grab the music sheet's for Zander. "here!" i say as i give Zander the sheet music. "thanks" he says as he takes the paper. after we finish packing we all head to our locker's to put away paper's or books. we all head to our last class.
