Galexy and I are heading home from uncle Jeff and aunt June's since it's now 8 p.m., and I need to let Exy sleep in his crib at home.

Stopping at their front door, I sincerely tell them; "Thanks for letting us hang out. We love you all."

"Never a problem, and you know this, Jupiter," uncle Jeff assures me with a smile.

Nodding, I wave at them as I walk us out of the house, and shut the door behind us. Buckling the both of us into our seats, I drive us home, and I don't want to be there, but Galexy needs to sleep in his room. I also can't run away from my problems, even if I want, too. Upon arriving home, and parking in the driveway, dad's truck is the only one there, but I don't know if he's home or not. He never called or texted me in the seven hours we were at uncle Jeff's house.

Entering the house, I quickly realize dad isn't home since the house is quiet, and the only light on is the light above the stove in the kitchen. Taking a cranky and tired Exy up to his nursery, I change his diaper, but not his clothes since I put him in his jammies before I left uncle Jeff's. Making him a bottle, I settle the two of us onto the rocking chair, and feed him his bottle while softling singing a Louis Tomlinson song.

Once Galexy is asleep, I lie him down in his crib, turn on the night light that display's stars, and the baby monitor before shutting the dar partway behind me. Entering my bedroom, I make sure my bag is ready for school tomorrow, pick out my clothes for tomorrow, turn on my laptop so I can watch a movie off Netflix before changing into my jammies. Climbing into bed, I click on a movie before grabbing my phone.

Texting uncle Jeff; "Hey, we made it home. Dad is out."

His reply is; "Hey, glad you guys made it home safely. We're they going out?"

"Yes, not sure where, but they were going out," I text back with a sigh.

"Alright, I'll talk to you soon. I love you, Jupter, and Galexy, too."

Clicking on Blake's name, I text; "Hey Blake, how has today been?"

A few seconds later he replies; "Hey man, today has been good. I've been texting with Henley all day, and we're meeting Tuesday after school at Starbuck's for coffee. How was lunch today?"

I text him back about how it went from the time Harris arrived until Galexy and I left the house, and his reply was; "That's bullshit! What kind of spell does this guy have over Jax?"

"No clue, and I wish I knew. I should be happy for dad, but it's hard to be."

I spend the next two hours texting with Blake before dad finally arrives home, just after 10 p.m., and I never imagined he would allow Harris to spend the night when he has to work in the morning, but he does. Not that it's any of my buisness or concern what he does, as he's a grown man. I can hear the two of them laughing and talking loudly downstairs, and I know I'm going to be pissed if they wake Galexy up. Something slams loudly downstairs, causing me to jump and climb out of bed when Galexy cries out loudly.

"Fucking hell," I swear, quickly entering his nursery.

He's lying on his back still, but sobbing pitifully, as I pick him up, cooing at him; "Sshh, you're okay, Galexy."

His diaper is wet, so I change him before trying to rock him back to sleep with a song, but I end up making him a bottle to help him back to sleep. Once he's back asleep, I carefully lie him in his crib, and leave his room quietly, as I shut the door all the way behind me. I'm entering my room when dad stumbles up the stairs with Harris trying to steady him from behind as they walk.

When dad and I lock eyes, he slurs out; "You're such a disappointment to me and your mum. She'd be so mad and disappointed with you that you had a baby before you were 18 years old. Oh, you're the reason Kyler's dead, too."
