Countless thoughts linger in my mind,
Certain feelings rush in my heart.
Memories turn on and off from time to time...
And my heart bleeds, to this beautiful sight.
Time spent with you, drifted like the sea,
Our kisses, simply turned into a blissful nightmare.
What I thought grew as strong as a tree,
Simply got chopped down, burned by despair.
The sensation of your skin,
A constant reminder of how one we where.
Lost in empathy, our love turned to sin,
As sinful beings, destiny forced us apart.
Blinded, I continue to see what you where...
Still listening to the sound of my wretched thoughts.
Reminding me, our love was there...
Only to slowly realize that "feeling", pain it only brought.
