Together Forever (Oisuga)

♢Out For Fresh Air?♢

Surprised by bumping into an unknown person, both princes, Sugawara and Oikawa, turned their head to face the other. When they met each other's gaze, they froze for a bit just staring at each other. It wasn't until Sugawara broke the silence.

"Oh my, I am so sorry for bumping into you. I wasn't paying attention while walking when I should've been and -" but before Suga could finish he was cut off.

"It's alright. I wasn't paying  attention either but we all make mistakes right?" Oikawa said with a gentle smile and giggle.

"Well, I guess you're right." Suga replied while also giggling a bit nervously.

"If you don't mind me asking, what's a pretty fellow like you doing all the way out here?" Oikawa teased Suga.

Sugawara's face flushed at Oikawa's remark.

"Uh well I could ask you the same question." Suga replied trying not to seem affected by being called pretty by someone so charming and handsome. "But since you asked first, I guess I'm out here for some fresh air. How about you?"

Oikawa's face turned at the question, remembering why he had gone out at all.

"Oh well" Oikawa let out an uneasy laugh, "I also . . . came out here . . . for some fresh air."

Suga noticed Oikawa's expression and hesitance to answer the question. Now that it had come to his attention, he began to wonder why Oikawa's eyes and nose were irritated and pink. He tried to rid the thoughts of what could be bothering the other boy but curiosity got the better of him.

"I apologize for changing the subject so suddenly but may I ask why your eyes and nose are puffy and reddened?" Sugawara asked.

"Oh!" Oikawa was a little surprised by the sudden question. He wasn't sure if he should tell a stranger that he just met, but he couldn't help feel a comforting presence emanating from the shorter boy. It made him want to open up to the latter and tell him everything that's been bothering him.

With Oikawa quiet and thinking, it came to Suga's mind that maybe the question wasn't appropriate to be asking a stranger but he just wanted to make sure the other was okay. He also couldn't help but feel a pull towards the latter and be comforted by his presence.

"My bad, that wasn't very appropriate of me to be asking. I just couldn't help but be curious and I just wanted to see if you're okay." Suga said.

"It's alright, I don't mind you asking." Oikawa replied, "The reason they're irritated was because of an incident that happened earlier."

Sugawara felt a little worried at Oikawa's response. He knew it was probably odd to care so much about a stranger but he did and he didn't have a clue as to why.

"I know we just met but you can tell me if something is bothering you. I'll be here to listen if you need to get something off your chest." The silver-haired boy told the taller boy.

"Are you sure? It's kind of a lot and I don't want to be a bother."

"Of course. I know what it's like to have no one to talk too."

"Okay." Oikawa took in a deep breath before starting to speak again. "It started when I was leaving the dining room after eating breakfast."
