Pulling out my phone whilst on the drive, I check on my twitter to see if any of the band members had uploaded anything interesting. I wasn't stupid to think I'd probably get the chance to be introduced to the band. They were one of the biggest bands in the world at this point, off doing their own thing. My chance of getting to meet them in my time here was probably none existent. But a girl can hope.

"You have reached your destination" the monotone female voice that belongs to the sat nav calls out.

I look up at the vast building and take in the fact that this is practically going to be my new home for the next 12 weeks. And that I couldn't waste this opportunity that I was so lucky to have been given. Butterflies suddenly erupt in my stomach and I suddenly become ridiculously nervous.

Shoving my phone into my pocket, I step out of the car and head straight for the boot, where my dad struggles to pull out my belongings.

"Well, you ready, kid?" Dad asks, slamming the boot shut and joining me on the curb.

I look over my shoulder, seeing how everyone walking in and out of the building, all seem to be dressed so formal. So prim and proper. Had I already messed this up? I couldn't help feeling I was on some job interview. I'd met with Jamie only once before, a few weeks back when he felt he'd be the one to tell me of the good news. Having just been told by my dad who my "idols" were. His best selling band. God, I can still feel the embarrassment heating my cheeks now. Especially when dad felt the need to humiliate me and tell the man of my slightly unhealthy crush on their front man, Matty. Hopefully that's all been forgotten now.

"Look after yourself please, don't do anything stupid. No funny business. Oh...." he begins heading back the car but stops and turns back, "no boys" he grins. Laughing even more so at my bulging eyes of being mortified right now.... obviously my crush business hadn't been forgotten.

"Please, dad, go!" I urge. Dropping my head into my hands, wanting to ground to swallow me whole.

I stand waving as the car slowly drives by and slows even slower as he gets to passing me "oh, and tell Jamie I'll call him later to check in"

I grit my teeth, feeling as though that's my parents way of keeping tabs on me, but continue to just smile and wave. Now able to breathe a sigh of relief at my new found life of living things my way now. I was doing me.... whatever the hell that is.

I guess more than anything, with this time, I was going to figure out who, exactly, Arlo Arundel is.

..... Wish me Luck.
