(Y/N)'s POV:
It was a rather normal day in my household. I was reading (F/B) in my room, my (F/C) fairy lights twinkling, illuminating the room. That's when I heard a knock on my door. I gently closed my book, before calling out "Come in!"
"Hey sis! Mom and dad want you downstairs!!" My brother chirped, before running away.. without closing my door. I groaned and rolled my eyes, hopping off of my bed. I trotted out of my room and down the stairs. Once I got downstairs, I saw my mom and dad sitting at the kitchen table. "Ahh shit, what did I do now?" I thought to myself as my mother ushered me over. I sighed heavily and sat across from them.
"So, (Y/N).. we've been thinking about your education, and we've decided that, if you want to, we would like you to follow the path of magic, just like your father and I.." My mother slowly explained. I raised an eyebrow. "I've told you I wanted to go down that path for so long.. anyways, where is this going..?" I asked, gently folding my hands onto the table. "Well," my father began. "We got a letter in the mail. We sent application letters to a few wizarding schools, and we got one back." He slipped an envelope towards me. I opened it carefully.
"Dear (L/N) family,
We've carefully looked over your daughter's application letter and have decided that her magic talent is absolutely stupendous! So, we would love to announce that we have accepted her into our academy. We are excited to have her arrive this September 3rd.
Along with this letter, there is a schedule, and a packing list. We are eagerly awaiting (Y/N)'s arrival.

I sat there in shock as I looked up at my parents. "I.. I got into Milkweed..?" My mom smiled at me and nodded. "I-I don't know what to say..! What i-if I dissapoint them!-" My father shook his head, gently ruffling my (H/L) (H/C) hair. "Don't worry, buckeroo. You'll do just fine." He reassured me. My eyes began to water as I got up, running to the other side as I hugged them, tears of pure joy rolling down my face. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" I squealed as my mom laughed. "Now go get packing, pipsqueak. September 3rd is only 4 days away!"
I nodded, swiped the envelope off the table, and ran up to my room. I was STARSTRUCK, and got to packing immediately.
